DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Montreal

Very clean, tidy and comfortable, with a good environment. There is a large parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. There is a Wal-Mart not far ahead, which is also convenient for shopping. There are free chocolate cookies upon check-in at the front desk. very nice!

Great location, close to everything especially Chinatown. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to details: cleaning mops & gloves were left in the room multiple times after room services; they also forgot to supply bath towels and bottle water; the safe was locked and the shower drain was clogged the first night of our stay. The staff came to fix everything very quickly though, which was appreciated.

The room is small and the lights are dim, so you can only sleep. The facilities are complete, gym, swimming pool, lobby desk and hot coffee machine.
