Always the best service. They’re so attentive, helpful, courteous and we always leave with wanting to come back to this hotel for all of our trips to Monterrey! The rooms are super clean and smell sooooooo good! We love all the staff from the bell boys, valet and the front desk!

Hotel is downtown, i wouldn't bring kids. Its really dirty outside, its next to a big shopping plaza wherw you can pick up cheap anything you need. At night its loud lots of parties, and lots of construction.

Geovana 10+ customer service is excellent, overall the rest of the staff is good, but I feel very welcome every time I come to this hotel and she welcomes me back
Location is very convenient to everything
Safe and clean regardless the construction going on behind building but noice doesn't bother at all since they work during the Day

The rooms advertised in the photos are not what you get. Our room was much smaller, worn down, broke door, holes in the wall, dirty walls, and questionable sealing around the shower. Would say for the money you could stay somewhere with nicer rooms. The staff and building itself were outstanding and We are impressed with their kindness. Would attach pictures if I could. .
