I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Clean and easy access to airport. Food was good but could be better. Need a little more variety. Overall fantastic stay. Would I do it again- yeah. I like to stay at a clean friendly place. I think I’ve found one.

The stay here was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to spend our 5 year anniversary here and that was probably the best decision ever. I can not wait to go back with our friends in August. The staff has you spoiled rotten and we had a driver by the name of Freeman and he was nothing short of amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

The beach, it's a slice of paradise. The pristine sandy shores provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and recreation, adding to the allure of the property.
The entertainment team at S Hotel deserves special mention for their outstanding performance. Their communication of the daily schedule was clear, their enthusiasm and genuine concern for guests' enjoyment were palpable.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience, particularly at the buffet. The quality and variety of food surpassed expectations, with each meal a gastronomic delight. While the restaurants were satisfactory, the buffet stood out as a culinary masterpiece.
What sets S Hotel apart from other all-inclusive resorts is its unique ambiance and character. Unlike impersonal, cookie-cutter establishments, this hotel exudes charm and personality, creating a sense of being in a truly special place. It's evident that great care is taken to maintain this distinctive atmosphere, further enhancing the overall guest experience.
A notable feature of S Hotel is the presence of a nurse on-site—a true peace of mind for guests. Their presence proved invaluable during my stay.

S hotel is top notch. Everyone was so nice and I mean everyone. The front desk was so nice to have us stay for an additional 2 hours after our flight was delayed. By the pool, the beach or just relaxing, you have someone ask if you if you need anything they can help you with also, the restaurants are amazing for dinner reservations. Btw, this was my second time at S and same beautiful experience was had. I would go again and I do recommend for anyone going to Montego Bay
