The cottage itself was lovely but the vehicle noise from the highway 192 and behind the house was unexpected and disappointing. I could not enjoy the patio...

Beautiful cottage in Montecito
What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat!

Perfect in all respects
Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!
