Superb in every way. We returned from previous visit and nothing had changed. Food wonderful - they catered for my partner who is a vegetarian and Gluten free . Very attentive waiters who recognised us from last time. We are considering returning again in the Autumn. Reception so helpful.

This is a friendly family hotel - and by that I mean one run by a friendly family. Right from the start they were helpful and welcoming. The two gentlemen in the dining room I single out as being particularly friendly and making our stay most enjoyable, chatting and joking with us, telling us about the place and the food we were choosing, helping us with choices of wine and so on. I am also envious of how easily they all switched from one language to another as they spoke to guests from different countries! The room was clean and fresh and the bed comfortable. We paid for a half-board stay and I was very pleased that each day the menu was completely different so we didn't get stuck for what to choose for supper. The food was good, tasty, and fair sized portions too. We could see that there's been a lot of work put in to the hotel recently and we hope that they reap the benefits of their investment. Overall we had an excellent holiday and enjoyed staying at the Hotel Parma e Oriente.

Capodanno in hotel organizzato da tour operator con varie attività Camera in dependance veramente bella e pulita anche se fredda Ristorante indecente con menù da trattoria infima e servizio ai tavoli indecente Considerando che c’erano almeno 30 bambini il menù per loro è stato pasta in bianco!!!!!!!! Cenone da incubo Prezzo elevato Assistenza alla clientela negativa Da evitare

Rinnovare le stanze ,non da 4 stelle e anche alcuni servizi tipo frigobar . Cenone di capodanno molto banale e con riso taleggio e pere non adeguato alla serata, alla regione e di poco gusto per essere gentili...si apprezzano le iniziative per i bambini però la qualità offerta non ne vale il prezzo..
