First time visiting for me and my partner to hotel Boston! Great location, clean room every day including towels and sheets. Modern rooms with lovely bathroom. Located in the beautiful town of Montecatini, great pool with fantastic views of the mountains. Break-Fast was fantastic and I will be sure to visit again. Overall wonderful stay ⭐️

An excellent stay. The staff were superb and nothing was a problem. The hotel was in an excellent location.

Rude, miserable abrupt staff. Appalling customer service. We left the hotel a day earlier than planned due to the abrupt staff. We raised a complaint in particular about the rudeness and abruptness of the miserable breakfast staff. Nothing was done and no apology was given in relation to our complaint. Thus we departed Hotel Boston a day earlier than paid for.

Dreadful hotel. No air conditioning or fans until June despite the fact that the rooms are hot and stuffy. They say open the windows but the hotel is on a busy side street with bars and roving bands of young people including setting off fire works. Dinner was awful. A piece of dry pork topped with mushy peppers and cooked carrot sticks. Which Italian dish was that?

Nice hotel and great staff. Good value for money. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of items on offer.

Nice clean hotel with a nice reception and clean rooms. Unfortionately the wait staff were extremely depressing. I returned to Montecatini after a previous stay at the Grand Hotel. I expected the same level of professionalism and courtasy that the Grand gave us. Unfortunately it was not to be. I tried to be pleasant to the wait staff but it was impossible to get them to be happy or positive. They would chastise customers as if they were illtempered children. This attitude went from the head waitor to the rest of the staff. I am not a sensitive person but it was so bad it put a major damper on our vacation. I love Italy but next time I will stay at a different town based on their poor attitudes.

A good location with easy walking to the centre, bars and restaurants. The superior rooms were very good with no outside noise and a lovely shower. The breakfast was three star but very well presented and very tasty. The star of the show was Raphael on reception. A former pilot in the military, Raphael flew the flag for Hotel Boston. He was efficient, funny and professional - and made our hotel experience even more enjoyable.

Great location, rooms were okay should have had a kettle took days to get and underneath bed and wardrobe were filthy with dust. Apart from Gerti and Rafael who were fantastic the owner was rude and no customer service at all. Breakfast food was fresh and lovely but no bread/toast.

Hotel Boston is in a good location for everything in Montecatini- the train, grocery store, good restaurants and an abundance of shopping. Montecatini Alto is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Day trips from here are extremely easy whether by train or car. Its an excellent base for your Tuscan travels.
