horrible service when we first walked in the hotel it didn’t look that bad, old but not that bad. But walking to our room through the halls it looks like something out of a horror movie. finally when you reach your hotel your greeted with cob webs, stains on the walls and carpets, and a strong odor. The bathroom had hair all over the place and the towels where not clean. The bath tub was disgusting with mold. The beds were hard. And the last thing that made this stay horrible is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi dose not work at all. And you cant use cellular data because the hotel is in a bad area.

This hotel is beautiful. It offers rooftop views of Rome Italy every night. The architecture was unique and the rooms have been updated with air conditioning. I went with a girl scout troop and all the girls enjoyed exploring the hotel and the surrounding area. It is on my list to go back and explore some more.

Pésima experiencia, todo funcionaba mal, el Wifi solo funciona en recepcion y si te vas a la habitación no llega, no son capaces de poner repetidores en los pasillos, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y cuando le expliqué a la persona de recepción dijo que lo vería, todavia espero que vaya. Las luces malas, secador de toallas malo, no hacen el aseo en las habitaciones. NO TIREN SU DINERO, aparte de que esta lejos de todo! Ni siquiera llega señal de telefono en las habitaciones. Pésima experiencia. Ademas a un compañero se le quebro la tarjeta de la habitación y le cobraron 60 euros sin siquiera darles factura. Terrible jamas volvería a este lugar. La Comida otro punto negativo! Simple y nada Italiano.

Gute Unterkunft für kurze Zeit Wenn man jedoch länger bleibt, fallen einem schwere Mängel auf. Das Hotel hat über die Jahre von seiner Substanz gelebt und das spürt man deutlich. Der Pool ist seit Jahren geschlossen.... jetzt ist auf manchen Etagen auch die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter versuchen das alles mit Umsicht und guten Worten zu kompensieren, aber Gammel bleibt Gammel

È stata una bellissima esperienza, siamo stati trattati benissimo, personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Le camere erano in ottimo stato, trovate pulite e sistemate. Sia la colazione che la cena erano belle consistenti e piene di varietà. Per la mia ottima esperienza consiglio a chiunque passi da Frascati di alloggiare qui

En voyage scolaire, avec une cinquantaine de jeunes de 16 à 18 ans. Hôtel très propre, personnel compétent, prompt et à l'écoute. Les repas: petits-déjeuners et dîners copieux et et de bonne qualité; pour le midi, paniers-repas plus frugaux. Chambres confortables, nettoyées et fournies (savon) tous les jours. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les groupes scolaires.

Molte camere sporche, altre invase da piccoli ragni rossi. Personale poco disponibile e scontroso. Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti che risultano essere molto polverosi e muffiti. La cucina è pessima. Il prezzo del soggiorno non è assolutamente adeguato all'offerta così come le 4 stelle.

Abbiamo trovato ragni rossi piccoli dentro la camera e sulle lenzuola , sporco , muffa in altre stanze. Non merita 4 stelle. Mi sono dovuta cambiare le lenzuola da sola per via dei ragni rossi. Non abbiamo gradito per niente!
