The location is stunning, rooms are good (not beautiful but perfect for just sleeping). Food was terrible- they cook out of a tiny air fryer and everything is priced like it is a 4 star restaurant -_- the staff was great when we arrived but not great customer service via telephone or Facebook prior to arrival. I added a night the day before travelling and chose the wrong type of room, the lady on the phone said that they would never ‘downgrade’ and the only option was to upgrade my second two nights to stay in the same room and charge me more money. We didn’t need the upgrade, just wanted to stay in the same room. Seemed like they were more about getting more money from us than making a simple change. Will be back to the area (absolutely stunning) but will find another hotel/lodge that has better customer service! We would rather spend our extra money on activities and good food than being demanded to updrage a room just to not have to move our stuff.
