House was in good condition. The central air conditioning is great. The pool was always clean and warm. Unfortunately, there is no covered space outside. Despite the high temperatures in September, it is not possible to stay outside when it rains.

We have been great, a quiet place and a ten minute drive from everything. The house clean and comfortable. The garden with its wonderful pool, the children have enjoyed it. Maybe a little more shade in the garden with a large window awning would be great.
