I had the suite and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that make both short and long stays enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also a major plus conveniently situated in Sinkor, close to restaurants, shops, and key business areas. The dining experience is another standout feature. With multiple restaurants and a rooftop lounge, the hotel offers a great mix of cuisines and a lively atmosphere, perfect for both business meetings and relaxation.

Excellent location for meetings, with many supermarkets within walking distance. Clean and hygienic food at the café and restaurant. Rooms are clean, and Wi-Fi is stable and reliable. Special thanks to Manager Bilal and the friendly, helpful Filipino and local team for making the stay comfortable and pleasant.

The Royal Grand is a whole positive vibe! From the moment I arrived, staff greeted me with smiles, made sure I was comfortable, and addressed my needs quickly and efficiently. The food and ambiance are top notch. No matter what hour of the day, you feel you’re heard and not just another guest. I highly recommend this hotel for your business and personal travels. This hotel is a cultural icon in Monrovia, it is beautify, feels luxurious and is clean and comfortable. The lobby is bustling with elegance and warmth providing delicious lite bites and a wonderful meeting place. The rooms are gorgeous with comfortable clean beds and warm showers making you feel like royalty each time you visit. The rooftop restaurant and bar/lounge is a vibe with delicious meals on o e side and a lounge energy on the other. It has gorgeous views and incredible music to celebrate life with and make new friends. However it is the staff that truly sets this hotel apart. I travel all over the world often and this is the only hotel I e ever stayed in where the manager has become a life long friend because of his deep concern helping me through a challenging ordeal and follow up long after I left Liberia. All of the staff was kind and memorable however if you are so blessed to meet Mr. Bilal Abou 'Daher you shall be truly blessed. He treats you like family and does whatever he can to ensure you are safe, comfortable and feel like family. His dedication to exceptional customer service makes him a shining star in the hospitality industry and he shall always feel like family to me. Thank you for a remarkable stay, it’s definitely a hotel that put Monrovia on the map.

Another even better stay! As mentioned this was our second stay in as many years. Staff friendliness, attention and welcoming has gotten even better than a very satisfying last trip. From being picked up at Robertsfield (airport) to being dropped off there, everthing worked out perfectly! Room (suite) was perfectly cleaned daily by an excellent housekeeping crew. Location is fantastic as anyone we wanted to meet showed up there at one point! Bilal does an excellent job in making sure that everything is up and running…leading by example! My home in Monrovia!

I travel often in Africa and after 8 years came back to the same hotel in Monrovia. Although it’s beginning to show its age, rooms are OK and clean, food is pretty good but most importantly staff is helpful and friendly.

He graciously facilitated all our requests, including transportation arrangements within Monrovia, airport transfers, additional room bookings, and printing services. His attentive and hospitable approach added immense value to our visit and ensured a stress-free experience.
