A must place to visit in Monopoli. Amazing view with the pool. Delicious kitchen, great service. We felt like home, with a lot of attention from the team and the owner. I celebrated my birthday here and it was unforgettable day, starting with tasty food, great cocktails (pornstar Martini as a clear recommendation ) and amazing atmosphere and view😍 Grazie mille a Roberto, Michaela, Lana, Timur and the whole team🧡 see you next time

Went there for a drink on the roof top bar. We got shown to a table and then directly moved again. Took 20 minutes to even take our order and then 45 minutes to get the drinks. One was good and one tasted water. When we were going to pay they added 5 euro per person for sitting on the terrace and no one said anything and it did not state on a sign (only by the cashier). The server even mentioned there had been fights since no one wanted to pay the scam fee. (who pays for there seat on a bar?!) When we confronted them on the extra fee they started arguing like this happened all the time, and insulted our country and us as tourist. Do not go here and do not stay here. Looks nice but its a scam!

DO NOT STAY HERE – AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND DO NOT TRUST ROBERTO PERRICCI WITH YOUR BOOKING OR YOUR MONEY I strongly urge anyone considering this accommodation to look elsewhere. My experience dealing with Roberto Perricci was frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately is a scam. I booked a 3-night stay nearly a year in advance and paid a 50% deposit without issue—Roberto was very responsive when it came to collecting money. However, when I needed to cancel four months before the booking, everything changed. I was told a refund would be processed, and I provided my international banking details as requested. What followed was months of excuses, delays, and broken promises. Despite repeated follow-ups, Roberto kept stalling: “next week,” “soon,” “just a bit longer.” But the refund never came. His communication became evasive and dismissive. It was clear he had no intention of honoring the agreement. This wasn’t just poor service—it was dishonest and unprofessional behavior. To be blunt: I believe I was scammed. Roberto Perricci took my money and never returned it, despite a clear agreement and ample notice. Spare yourself the stress, the loss, and the disrespect. Avoid this property and do not trust Roberto Perricci with your booking or your money.

Unfortunately, our visit to this rooftop restaurant in Monopoli was the only negative experience during an otherwise wonderful trip. We were shocked to be charged €93 for a simple beef salad and a couple of drinks, something that was presented as a “special” but turned out to be extremely poor quality, bordering on inedible. When we politely raised concerns, the staff suddenly claimed not to speak English, and the man at the till downstairs responded with hostility, even threatening to involve the police, an intimidation tactic clearly designed to shut down complaints. The whole encounter left us feeling uneasy and taken advantage of. It's worth noting that every other restaurant and person we encountered in Monopoli was welcoming, warm, and honest. This place was a clear outlier and, based on our experience, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it. And if you see any aggressive responses attempting to discredit this review, know that this seems to be part of their pattern.

Have just spent 5 nights at B&B Bellavista in Monopoli. The view from the terrace and room were wonderful. Outside of that, it was a woeful experience and the manager and the restaurant manager have no concept in hospitality. After spending 9 weeks in central Europe, this was easily the worst experience received solely due to the service, or should I say lack of service. Stay elsewhere, read the reviews and do your homework. They really are more concerned about a quick buck from people off the street than their own guests, the managers are rude, their is little privacy. For me and experience is so dependant on the staff and how they I teract, how they provide hospitality. We ended up having a lovely experience in neighbouring towns, local restaurants, we met some lovely locals. Our time and money was spent outside of this place. For the little we bought, which was 4 beers and 1 cocktail, they still managed to stuff this up due to woeful processes. They ended charging other drinks to us which were not consumed. They rectified this but it should not be this way. Much better ways to part with hard earned cash than to give it to these people.

Very nice view on the terrace but that’s it. Quite overpriced and they charge 5€ service per person on the terrace without any prior notice. It is written in a super tiny font on one of the menus but not on the ones for drinks (that we had). To give you an idea - one glass of 100ml orange juice: 5€.

Went to the rooftop terrace for a drink and we were initially pleasantly surprised by what a lovely space it was up there. We waited 30 mins for our drinks to arrive and were repeatedly apologised to by the waitress about the long wait. She was lovely so we just said don’t worry about it. When we went to pay downstairs, we were charged an extra €10 for service and terrace views. We mentioned that the service hadn’t been great as we’d had to wait so long (as had everyone else up there - it was extremely chaotic) and we were told by the man to ‘relax, you’re on vacation’. Incredibly rude. Another girl apologised but it was really not warranted to be that rude. We paid it and couldn’t wait to leave! Style over substance. With so many great bars in Monopoli I don’t think they’ll be getting any repeat visitors

Was fantastic, although it was more expensive than nearby hotels it was well worth it. The balcony had such a stunning view and so did the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing and real luxury. The staff were really helpful and friendly bringing breakfast to our room to eat on the balcony, I would definitely recommend this place

Room with the view I have to say the room is absolutely beautiful at first look. It has a pool inside the room around bed a beautiful door to a Juliette balcony. However, it was a very uncomfortable stay because it was very damp. The sheets were damp every night going to bed they really need a dehumidifier to get rid of all the water down there. Perhaps it was because of the pool? And there was a very damp, almost sewer smell. And there was also a mirror that was not a fixed to the wall and behind it. It was all rusted and rotten. But I must say the staff were absolutely amazing. Every time I text to ask questions they text immediately. And breakfast was just fabulous on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace was absolutely lovely , early morning . However, the pool was hot not cool water. Had the room Had a dehumidifier then it would’ve been a lot comfortable. Not to mention the clothes in our open luggage felt damp thereafter. Otherwise it is a beautiful room.
