Went to the rooftop terrace for a drink and we were initially pleasantly surprised by what a lovely space it was up there. We waited 30 mins for our drinks to arrive and were repeatedly apologised to by the waitress about the long wait. She was lovely so we just said don’t worry about it. When we went to pay downstairs, we were charged an extra €10 for service and terrace views. We mentioned that the service hadn’t been great as we’d had to wait so long (as had everyone else up there - it was extremely chaotic) and we were told by the man to ‘relax, you’re on vacation’. Incredibly rude. Another girl apologised but it was really not warranted to be that rude. We paid it and couldn’t wait to leave! Style over substance. With so many great bars in Monopoli I don’t think they’ll be getting any repeat visitors

Was fantastic, although it was more expensive than nearby hotels it was well worth it. The balcony had such a stunning view and so did the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing and real luxury. The staff were really helpful and friendly bringing breakfast to our room to eat on the balcony, I would definitely recommend this place

This B&B is in a great location in Monopoli. If you have the sea view you get the road though! The breakfast was brought to our room every morning and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning sunshine. Very clean rooms and a great shower. My only complaint would be is that there was nobody there when we arrived. I had been asked to call half an hour before our arrival which i did but nobody answered. When eventually I did get through Claudio said he would be there in 10 minutes ...... I guess that's a Monopoli 10 minues. We waited half a hour but luckily the sun was shining!

A bit surprised on arrival that this was not a hotel but rather a building with 3 rooms and a tiny kitchen area ( where breakfast was made for the 3 rooms) no common area but it didn’t matter because there’s a fabulous rooftop pool area and our room was lovely and we had a small private balcony. We had the king suite. A delicious breakfast was served on the roof ( or you could have it in your room) A bit inconsistent-different every day but basically fruit/ meats and cheeses/pastries/ coffee&tea/ orange juice &water.

I find the other reviews to this property a bit unfair. Yes, there is a steep staircase in the Queen Suite but you dont have to use it - instead just use the spiral staircase up to the roof like all the other guests. Yes, they prepare breakfast in the very small lobby adjacent to several rooms early in the morning but overall these are small prices to pay for a B&B in such a great position - and the breaky was excellent. We found Monopoli a noisy town anyway full of more young people but again this was overall not a bother for us - we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful and always lovely to us providing the best service they could. The parking in Monopoli was more of an issue and you need to be prepared to walk 5 minutes with cases which we found no bother. The collection on offer is really not needed and something the hotel will offer if they can. We walked both to and from the hotel without difficulty and parked for free all days.

Very Disappointing . Only pro was close to local restaurants but not worth it given , No service, breakfast staff noisy outside rooms waking us up early. Person who picked up from the car park seemed bothered to have to help us. They speak No English. Breakfast average and very very steep stairs to to rooftop. Quite dangerous. Our room didn’t have hot water on the second day and only bath no shower? The service consisted of an app with a lot of rules it’s if sand found in the pool 100 euro charge etc. Worst stay most unfriendly in Puglia f our two weeks.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas écrit ici. Je vais le faire, car je n'ai failli pas réserver dans cet établissement en lisant les commentaires ici ou ailleurs, commentaires que je trouve avec le recul relativement durs. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Bellavista Suites. La vue est juste incroyable, le personnel agréable et discret. Alors effectivement, pour un 4* (il faut cependant rappeler que les critères pour les étoiles ne sont pas les mêmes d'un pays à un autre), il y a certaine finition à revoir (par exemple, les parois de notre douche ne fermaient pas complètement), mais l'emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville ainsi que la terrasse nous font oublier ces " tracas " ! Venu en couple, notre chambre était spacieuse et propre (j'ai beaucoup lu le contraire ailleurs). Petit-déjeuner copieux et bon ! Notre chambre donnait côté rue, alors effectivement samedi soir il y avait du bruit, mais c'est ce à quoi on s'attend quand on réserve dans un hôtel aussi bien situé. La seule chose que je trouve dommage, c'est que l'hôtel donne accès à la terrasse (mais pas à la piscine) aux personnes extérieures pour manger ou prendre un verre. Pour le reste, nous n'avons absolument rien à signaler !

Struttura non adeguata alle aspettative tutto molto arrangiato, sporco e cosa grave acqua della piscina gelida con umidità esagerata in camera.... andati via prima del previsto e purtroppo pagato tanto. Sconsiglio vivamente proprietario interpellato rimasto assolutamente indifferente.

Heel mooi B&B midden in centrum. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Ontbijt was prima, kon worden ontbeten bij zwembad boven op het dak. Kamer super mooi met balkon en uitzicht op zee. Auto buitenop parkeren, je mag stadje niet inrijden alleen voor mensen die er wonen. Monopoli heel mooie stad
