Pros: Quiet and private environment, beautiful scenery, good quality breakfast and room service, good service.
Cons: Arrived around 3pm, and waited for a full hour to check in, almost collapsed. The room has no air conditioning and simple facilities. Open bathroom, don't take a shower at night, it will be cold.

This hotel is amazing! We loved it, the only thing to note is that it’s quite a journey from Ella (around 45 mins). I would suggest staying at Ella for 1 night or so and experiencing that, then visiting and unwinding here. The staff, food and room were all fantastic.

Our stay last week at Jetwing Kaduruketha was simply awesome. The cool and calm green environment created a peaceful escape from everyday life. The pleasant and friendly staff made us feel completely at ease, adding to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the premises. The food was fabulous, and the rooms were clean and cozy — giving us a real homey feeling. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature's embrace!

My husband and I just spent two nights at Jrtwing Kaduruketha. It was a wonderful experience. The villas been surrounded by paddy fields and trees provided a calm and screne atmosphere. It was nice waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The peacocks wondering around added to the beauty of the place. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was excellent and rhe staff was very friendly. Our personal buttler Pasindu, did an excellent job of serving us. The manager, Mr Faizal was very friendly, accommodating and very service oriented. We would certainly go there again the next time we visit Sri Lanka.

Jetwing Kaduruketha is a hidden gem surrounded by rice fields and pure tranquility. The eco-villas are beautifully designed to blend with nature, offering a calm and refreshing stay. One of my favorite moments was relaxing in the infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the rice fields—an experience that felt straight out of a dream. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff were kind and attentive. A perfect mix of comfort, nature, and peace—I’m already thinking about my next visit.

The most scenic place i have ever stayed at this hotel provided us with a personalised service. Faizal at the restaurant is a true asset to the hotel. He made our stay welcoming, he’s super friendly, kind and knowledgable. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly cooked. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The kids loved the pool, a true touch with nature and its surroundings. Naturally more bugs, mosquitos and animals in the hotel and I would recommend the mosquito balm provided by the hotel. The spa was available for massages, for other facilities like yoga, pottery you need to arrange with reception in advance. Loved our time at this gem of a place, thank you

We (myself, spouse and 2 kids aged 10 and 5) stayed at Jetwing Kanduruketha from 4th to 6th of April, 2025. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this magnificient property. The customer satisfaction was impeccable. I would like to mention Mr. Faizal - Restaurant Captain who was very attentive during every meal and made sure all our requirements were catered for. We will be definitely going back.
