Rosa Beach Thalasso and Spa

It was a good vacation, I liked the hotel and the beach. The pool was okay, it was filled with salty water. We enjoyed the food, the rooms were mostly clean. animation team was really good we like the Africa and the fire show from rayen and fares. we enjoyed aqua gym with rayen, it was good. Overall really liked the team they were amazing.

Arrived in January and out of season hotel needs some tlc my balcony door handle came off the rooms are tidy but could add more TV channels that are English because couple of days it was raining so have more options to watch something also not any activitys to do at all some hotel was just closed because out of season

Manar and farah very good for entertainment, always happy and good company for the trip. They made our evenings very joyful with playing games and dancing all night with everyone together. They will make good hosts all year and good for the guests

The services at this hotel are bad overall, especially the reception. The receptionist, Fadia El-Mohamedi, is extremely rude. The food is horrible and disgusting. The place is dark with no proper lighting, and the wind comes in from every side.

It was the better hotel i visit .the service was great perfect food .mini club perfect they take my children learn them a lot of things colours drawing and the animation in night so motive deferent type every night thank you for all the services
