This beach house is located in the prime position on Mollymook Beach, which is regarded as one of the best beaches in Australia and is patrolled during the summer months. The property is one of a few, that leads directly onto the beach – just walk out of the house, across level lawn to the beach, then 2-3 minutes to the surf club, patrolled area and waterfront cafes. In winter, enjoy the warmth of an open fire (large bag of slow burning wood provided) making this property a great stay for couples and families all year around. Mollymook Beach is 2 - 3 hours drive from Canberra or Sydney. The house is walking distance to Mollymook shopping centre, Rick Stein’s restaurant and the new Tallwood Eatery. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining-lounge room leading out onto a large entertaining deck.
