On the day of check-in, they called me twice, but I didn't answer. Later, when I went downstairs, they said my car was in someone else's parking space, and I moved it. The next day around 8 am, I heard renovation noise next door. I wanted to call the front desk to ask what was going on, but no one answered. So I complained on the platform. 5. On the day of check-in, I went out and asked them to change the batteries in the TV and air conditioner remotes. When I came back and asked the front desk, they hadn't changed them. There are two staff members at the front desk, and they only changed them after I asked them when I returned. Everything that was said before is true; the store can provide supplementary information or explanations."
