Modesto, CA - Downtown

There is one lady at the front office that is super rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional. She only works in the morning a Hispanic woman. 

Horrible service as d the pay at the desk was very mean.

It was ok. Not that great. I hope I have a better stay next time

They lock your car in their lot from 10PM to 6AM. Not comfy with that but probably was necessary judging by the neighborhood

The pictures of the hotel you have are very outdated. It is run down on the outside and in a bad neighborhood. We did not stay. The room was clean, but the bed was like a rock

Love this place it’s a affordable convenient place to stay when in town. Everyone there is great from NICK the manager and other office staff all the way to the housekeeping. They are so helpful and attentive. I stay every time I’m in town now.

It was okay. The area isn't in the best part of Modesto & I wish I would've paid more attention prior to booking. When arriving, I asked the front desk about possibly switching rooms since one person didn't end up coming on the trip & without checking said, "no rooms were available." In my opinion, he just wanted to get the most money out of me & since the room was pre-booked, I had no choice but to stay there. However, I now know better & will choose another motel when I'm back in the area.

The service at the front desk was excellent the problem was that when I was getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the covers and I found bedbugs an hairs (I took a video of them crawling on our beds) I called the front desk when they finally answered they wanted me to come and pick up clean sheets so that I can change them myself but I refused. They finally came half an hour later and I showed him the bedbugs and the hairs They offered to give me a new room but by then it was 1:00 a.m all we wanted was to go to bed but the noise outside was unbearable, people yelling, screaming running back-and-forth in the hall and outside. We try our best to try to rest for a few hours. The next morning when we were checking out I asked to speak to the manager but conveniently the manager wasn’t there after asking a few times for business card with the managers name they gave it to me. I called three times but he was never there so I gave up. They still charge me full price on my rooms and they offer no credit or anything I would definitely not recommend this hotel and for ******* to have them listed under their website which is what I use a lot I’m very disappointed.
