Old facilities, smelly bathroom, loud AC, no black out curtains for windows facing a terrace with light on all night. Bad experience overall.

Had zero water pressure for the first 2 days and then zero hot water on the third day, very frustrating...

Very helpful staff - arranged a dive with whale sharks and Island trip to Sumilon for me. If you dive with the sharks you don't have to queue. Nice surroundings with Spanish ruins and open air cinema at the nearby sea front park. Also a cemetery worth exploring next to the fairy station.

Hotel is in an excellent location right along the beach. Staff are also very welcoming. I had a few different issues but the staff did their best to help with these - they really did go above and beyond to help. A few issues were wasp nest in the first room I was shown, second room I was given had a toilet that didn’t flush and a shower that dripped out water. I would stay here again purely because the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

It has a good location. The only problem was the toilet not flushing well.

the best and affordable place in panagsama with a pool (please improve the filtration)... please solve the wifi issue. the staff is always friendly and professional. lot of places to eat and drink in the area. my spot to come each time i come to moalboal

Pros: specious room, nice pool, good location, pleasant staff, nice breakfast and lunch. Cons: very, very old furniture, very bad wifi.

A hotel that has seen better times. We stayed in the reception area. Further by the pool there are better rooms and bungalows, but also more expensive. Sardines and turtles are present. The passage is near the hotel cabana. Through the central one they try to impose a guide and rip off 100 pesos.

Great location - less than 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of great cafes nearby. The pool is also a huge plus! I didn't expect anything from the room for that price, it's awful. My husband fixed the shower head himself. During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned, but that didn't even surprise us, since this isn't our first hotel in the Philippines.

The room was cleaned once in 4 days, we asked every time yesterday and today, but they say ok, but they just don't do it, they don't give you shampoo and soap unless you ask, the shower just hangs in a bucket because the shower hanger is broken, the toilet flushes once and you have to flush it with a ladle from the bucket. But other rooms are even worse, at least this one is bigger. Wi-Fi is not good at all, it's good that we bought local SIM cards. It's convenient that it's close to the sea and close to cafes and entertainment. There are ants and cobwebs in the corners with spiders in the room, a huge cockroach climbed into the toilet at night. The cafe in the hotel is not bad, inexpensive prices. The pool is not clean, but you can take a dip.

The most important thing is the location, it's a 10. One minute to the sardines and turtles. A simple room for one night is fine. There was no duvet cover or sheet. Just a blanket.
