The self check-in and check-out both worked perfectly. The hotel provided clear instructions in advance. The room was fine but a bit scruffy, and there is room for improvement in the cleaning standards. However, it was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good if the kitchenette included a microwave.

No man hotel with technology of self check in but on the other hand in washrooms the water mixers are very old every time when you want some water you have to decide and both hot water and cold water taps adjust with each other to get required temperature of water. In small hotels and in backward areas now automatic water mixers are available you have to adjust just one knob and you will get water with desired temperature.

If you move a little further, you'll find Aeon and Donki, and a famous souvenir shop selling cheese buns nearby, so the location is great. We stayed as a family of four, and the room was spacious and had plenty of amenities for kids. We were also very excited about the complimentary drinks and ice cream. As everyone has written, the bathroom area feels old, but it was well-cleaned. I was happy to find a SALONIA hair dryer. I'll definitely use it again when I come to Miyazaki. (The photo was after the kids had dived into the bed!! lol)

The room was spacious and nice. However, the bathroom was dirty and I didn't really feel like taking a bath. I was very satisfied with the mango juice, ice cream, and amenities! I would be happy if parking was a little cheaper.

The room was larger than I expected, and they provided drinks and ice cream, and the lock was keyless, which was nice, but the drain in the bathtub was clogged, so even with the plug removed, the water just kept building up, which was disappointing. The refrigerator didn't fit in well, sticking out in front, so the adjacent closet could only be opened halfway, which was also disappointing.

This hotel is clean and has good value for money, so I recommend it. In terms of location, it's about a 20-minute walk from Miyazaki Station, but it's also close to Nishimachi, the downtown area in the center of Miyazaki city, about a 10-minute walk away, so it's not particularly inconvenient. The Miyazaki Prefectural Office is very close to the hotel. As a hotel, it's not luxurious, but the rooms were very spacious and clean, so it was very nice. I was also happy that they offered a mango drink and a mango ice cream as a welcome service. Overall, it was a clean hotel with good value for money, and I would like to stay there again.

It was nice to be able to use a spacious room at a low price. The location is not central, but it is still close, and since it is a mango hotel, it was nice that they provided mango drinks and mango ice cream. It was delicious. If I come to Miyazaki again, I think I will choose this place.

The hotel building is old and the hallways are open so it's scary. I have acrophobia on high floors. The rooms are too dry and dark. The staff is not that great either.
