My English level is poor. I can't communicate! There are too few hot springs without windows like a dense space to soak in hot springs! It's a bit far. It's hard to get to the hotel without a car! Welcome coins can be used for free at soda machines, but not everyone has them! I didn't understand at all when I asked 😰

The hotel is very clean , the front desk service is very good, there are many breakfast options, indoor and outdoor hot springs are very good, after a relaxing and pleasant night, there is a chance to come again.

Each room is equipped with a hot spring bath, which is quite private. This is the first time that a hot spring hotel does not have a large bath, but this does not affect the overall feeling. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet style, the food is fresh and of high quality This hotel will only open in 2021 and is worth recommending!

Overall, I was very satisfied and it was a hostel I wanted to visit again! Room: I thought it would be very nice to stay with my family because it was spacious and private. In particular, it was nice to be able to enter the hot spring water 24 hours a day and every time I wanted. I saw a review that it was cold, but we were rather hot and heated. In addition, the experience of eating welcome food and drinks prepared in Kotatsu was different and fun. Location: It can be a little difficult to go to the dug. If the time to go to the accommodation is before 4 o'clock, you can easily go by pick-up bus from Sasaguri Station. But after that, I recommend taking a taxi comfortably! We used it during the work time and came out about 8500 yen in 50 minutes. But it's a little far from downtown, so it was another pleasure to go out at night and see the stars! Service: This is the best part of this trip. It was late than the existing time due to the delay of the plane, but they were very kind to me. The staff at the restaurant were also friendly, and when I asked about the food, they found it and showed it to me, and I was impressed by the fact that they spoke Korean from the next dish. Meals: I was able to eat not only Kaiseki but also breakfast. In Kaiseki, I was able to serve for less than 2 hours. It was nice to be able to get food that cannot be reached in Korea. It was delicious enough to find outsiders.

Fantastic hotel and the breakfast/ dinner were beyond expectations! The shuttle service was friendly and needlessly to say onsen facilities were incredible too. I would like to come back again with my family.
