Ulasan MITO SANNOMARU HOTEL

Very convenient location. Well trained staff with good service. Breakfast is excellent. Thanks so much and I had 2 perfect nights here.

If I could give service 6 out of 5 stars I would! The staff were so lovely and arranged the shipping of my luggage to Tokyo in a very efficient way, going so far as to help me weigh it (they had to carry it to do so) and then advising me to repack to get cheaper rates. They also helped me check in early to the fastest cleaned room! Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The laundry room was convenient and next to the baths so you could soak while your clothes were being cleaned. A fantastic and comfortable stay! I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is close to JR Mito Station North exit. When you walk out from the north exit , you can see the hotel on your right hand side. Just take the elevator beside the clock tower to the ground and cross the road and you will reached the hotel. The female receptionist served us speaks very fluent English & Chinese and is efficient. Although the hotel is bit outdated, the room is newly renovated and spacious .

Really not a big fan of this place. Not enough servers around recently.

観光で利用させていただきました。駅近なので、観光前に荷物を預けた時に、観光マップと情報を頂きとても助かりました。築年数は経っているようですが、リニューアルされており、小さめですが大浴場もあり、ベッドが広くて快適に過ごせました。タオル、歯ブラシ以外は有料との事でしたが、SDGs的に本来この方が良いのかもしれませんね。コスパ良く宿泊でき満足です。

交通方便，設備也不錯，尤其是大浴室使用方便

위치는 역 바로앞이어서 며행자에게 최고임. 방도 쾌적하고 대욕장이 있어서 피로를 풀 수 있음. 단점은 조식이 가격대비 질이 형편없음. 밥이 새로 지은게 아니라 하루 지난듯. 샐러드 야채 역시 전혀 싱싱하지 않음.

駐車場が有料だった。スリッパは使い捨てのタイプだった。エアコンの調節が難しかったし分かりにくかった。お部屋が広くてよかった。

静かで　趣きがあり　上品なホテルでした

房間乾淨、沒有異味，地點在水戶車站旁邊而已，要去東京或日立都很方便，去大洗的公車也在車站門口等就好，人員服務態度也都很好，整體住宿體驗佳，推薦大家來這邊旅遊。

水户站北口出來右前方就是酒店。房間是長方形的，兩個床可以並起來，睡兩大兩下沒問題。酒店有公共澡堂，泡澡很舒服（澡堂有密碼，入住時會給你）早餐成人1300，小童1000，還行。房間兩天打掃一次，但會換垃圾和毛巾（早上放到門外）。車站超市，餐廳，葯粧店都有。到茨城機場有直達巴士，退房時讓酒店開個住宿證明，到機場的巴士免費（12/31前）。實測可用👍

飯店業者可以滿足消費者的要求，不管是樓層、空間、衛浴、寢具都能達到要求，窗外的景色也是讓人感到舒服。
