Convenient transportation location, the service staff are very friendly, and communication is basically no big problem. There is a laundry room on the floor and ice buckets are provided. There are shopping malls and restaurants downstairs of the hotel.

It's very close to the station. It's very convenient to take the airport bus. It's also very convenient to eat. You don't have to worry about getting hungry at all. The room has been resurfaced and the color scheme is very comfortable. However, the sound insulation is a bit poor. You can hear Japanese people talking loudly outside.

I booked a single room, but was able to relax in a twin room. However, the lights in the room were dim, and the slippers seemed unsanitized, so it was uncomfortable to wear them on bare feet after a bath. Maybe because the building is old, the hallways smelled. It was inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were all very friendly, and I recommend the delicious and varied breakfast.

We arrived early morning by train and walk down from station by step to go to hotel and found escalator near bus stop outside to upstairs. Hotel have amenity bar for choosing. Near Excel mito supermarket and department store for shopping. (10:00-20:00) For having breakfast at Tully's Coffee in Mito station.

Room is spacious and every spot of the hotel is squeaky clean. The only flaw is the room is not well sound insulated.

The hotel is close to JR Mito Station North exit. When you walk out from the north exit , you can see the hotel on your right hand side. Just take the elevator beside the clock tower to the ground and cross the road and you will reached the hotel. The female receptionist served us speaks very fluent English & Chinese and is efficient. Although the hotel is bit outdated, the room is newly renovated and spacious .

The front desk is very friendly and the guide is kind and polite. There is also a welcome drink 々, and you can choose your favorite whiskey water and soft drinks, so you can relax. You can relax. The public bath is also beautiful and you can heal your body slowly. Breakfast was a buffet and there were food and drinks 々, so I thought it was very good. It is a hotel that makes you want to go many times.

Very good hotel. We checked in at 4pm on May 17th. A lady at the counter was very concerned about our parking. She walked to the parking lot to guide us and pick up the car. She is an excellent person. We came to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. She enthusiastically took photos for us. If the hotel sees my message, please reward her. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is great, there is Sakuragawa next to it for a walk, the station and the commercial district are just in front, shopping is very convenient, I will definitely stay at the President Hotel when I return to Mito in the future

The room had high ceilings and was very clean. The amenities were from L'OCCITANE and I was very happy to see two types of bath salts! The hand soap also had a nice scent, so the room was soothing and the scent was soothing, and I was able to stay very relaxed. The staff were also very friendly and I really appreciated how they were kind to my five-year-old who likes to mess around. It was very nice that they noticed right away when I didn't understand something or tried to talk to him, and created an atmosphere where it was easy to talk. I didn't know that there was a stamp rally at the accommodation, so my child had a lot of fun going around. It was a very fun and fulfilling stay. If I had to say one thing, it would be nice if the toothbrush bed was smaller.
