A hot tub IN the room is so rare these days usually they are in the pool area so to have that in room was great. Hot tub was clean as was the rest of the room and facility overall. They offer a breakfast which is really nice for not having to go out early to grab something The place has a nice vibe overall. Staff is friendly price was nice ill stay again

property is well kept and is clean. they offer a hot breakfast AND grab n go items. The pool is open till midnight def not the norm for any hotel. Staff is AMAZING. They are polite and helpful no matter the need. The room offers a frig, microwave and coffee maker which are also exceptionally clean. The beds are amazing and the towels are nice n big/soft. We will def stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Mishawaka. The location is good, the hotel is only a 15 minute drive from South Bend. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower was easy to use, the tv worked well, and the breakfast was good. I can’t complain and I recommend staying here.

Had high hopes, but was quickly disappointed. Checked in at 230pm The pool area was unbelievably disgusting. Had not been cleaned in it seems a very long time. Towels were not stocked, trash was not empty. Old towels hanging. I called to have them clean it twice and they did not. Dirty diaper all over the area, used band aides, hair, filth on the floor. Windows were dirty. Not sanitary at all. The water was so hazy you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool floor. Hotel room tub water wouldn’t drain. I do believe they need to be reported for to the health department!

Service is excellent given the constraints at this time.This property is being renovated…also replacing staff. Despite all this this property is 10 times better than any of its completion across the street.

I checked in at 5:00 PM. At 7 I went to take a shower and there was NO water. I reached out to front desk - they were working on it and would call me when fixed. No one ever called. In the morning I tried the water and it worked and it was disgusting. See atreached photo - would you shower in this water? Brush your teeth? Wash your face? The mini fridg did not work. The curtains didn’t close to block the light out. When I showed these pics to the front desk, they apologized but would not refund a single cent of the $135 they charged me. Oh and the mattress is the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel before - be prepared to toss and turn all night and be kept awake from the spotlight shining in because the curtains wouldn’t close.

Stayed at the location by the mall. It was terrible. First room had a bunch of flies. The second room had bloody stained sheets. Another member of our party did find bed bugs in her bed We left early. We took our stuff to the laundry mat and cleaned our clothes and sprayed our bags. We missed half a days fun.😭

I remember when they built this place. This is my first stay here, the hotel is definately showing its age. The floor are work, the rooms need to be painted. The Windows are dirty on the outside. But, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms cleanish,(they really need to clean behind the door in the bathroom) . Ok place to stay.

I got an excellent rate for the weekend at this hotel. Though it showed wear, it was clean and I felt totally safe staying here. The employees and others staying here were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offered the usual fare of eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt and waffles. I used the stairs instead of the elevator most times, and the stairs were clean and open. They did have carts for transporting luggage that were easy to maneuver.
