The 2nd time I booked this hotel and it still impressed me with the amenities especially the cleanliness! I hope the staff may maintain the cleanliness 🤩

Thank you to the front desk staffs. They were very helpful, professional with high working spirit. Hotel location is perfect. You can’t get lost anywhere in Miri because it is not only centrally located and the hotel can be seen at every angle you go. Beddings were great but only lack of amenities for the bathroom. Although it was a holiday season (Gawai) that time everyone tried their best to make everyone staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thumbs up for them. Breakfast was ok. Just wish there were more varieties of bread and fresh vegetables at the salad corner. Other than that it was an awesome stay for us. Thank you.

As a new hotel, the cleanliness is up-to-date. The swimming pool and breakfast areas require improvement.

It's quite new and clean. Downside is the room size is smaller size and it requires at least 5mins of walk (especially tiring under hot sun) to the central shopping and eatery area. Good for those who drive. Will book again.

Nice hotel, very comfy & clean room, wonderful bed & pillows. All in all, a great stay! Although, the restaurant at level 2 ventilation is not that good because my office clothes smells after having breakfast but luckily the food was pleasant.
