The night shift front desk staff was not friendly. When we asked for hot water, one of the female employees turned around and asked another female employee (who should be at a higher level). The senior employee just sat there and shook her head and said no. Her attitude was very bad and she seemed to be indifferent and had no intention of providing any assistance. The hotel has air conditioning, which is great in the hot summer. There are steps to the hotel reception. Filtered drinking water is provided. Breakfast only has basic toast, ham, eggs, coffee, salad and fruit.

It's a little far from the tourist spots, but I recommend it if you want to stay in a safe area.

Recommended. Simple and practical rooms with reliable facilities. The staff is simple and warm. Not far from the rapid bus station, Inca Market and Lincoln Park.

The best price in this best neighborhood. Very basic hotel, no amenities, but it’s rare to get AC! Toilet is not super clean and got stains

Hotel very well located in the Miraflores district. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is also very good. Very good breakfast.
