Ulasan Clarion Hotel Convention Center

I stayed here more than two weeks, they charge me 7 times for deposit, they said once I checkout they will refund me , but I didn’t get any refund. I checked out at 1st Dec , until now I didn’t get any refund. I called them four times but they always said wait , and in the last time they even hang up my phone. They steal me more than 60 USD, how can I get my money back? thief hotel!

I loved the friendly staff and the accessibility of the restaurant, the fitness center and the breakfast.

The property was very quite, has good water pressure and good a/c. Room light was weak making the room Look less clean. Would be nice to have the room Made when they say it would be made. I was told every 3 nights I had to request after 5 nights. May want to offer different breakfast menu. There’s more than one way to prepare eggs.

The heat went out in middle of the night i called down and requested space heater and they said they didnt have any. Then brought up 1 small blanket for the 4 people in the room. When we checked out they said manager would get ahold of us , but of course we go no call from them. Dont spend your money at this place

We always enjoy staying at the clarion but now since we’ve had our son I think we will sadly be looking for a different hotel only for the reason that the pool is FREEZING cold and has been the last 3 times we’ve stayed no matter what time of the year it is. Would love to change our minds if something was done about it.

Hotel was outstanding. Great rooms and very clean. We had a infant and was very quiet.

Decent place with a small water park. Beds were not the best and our shower head was messed up but over all I would stay again.

Went for two nights, staff messed up our rooms and made us move to different rooms and were very rude to us about it. The rooms were clean, but the hotel was so short staffed, the pool/bathrooms were disgusting. It’s too bad they have bad/no staff because I think this hotel would be nice otherwise.

The light shining over the bed from the fire alarm was awful. Bed was hard. Didnt seleep well at all. Nice hotel tho!

Breakfast was good. Beds were ok. Wallpaper was pealing, rooms need an update.Handicapped bathroom was really nice.

Nice hotel. Had all the amenities I was looking for. Free breakfast was great. Only bad thing was room smelt a little musty. Probably air conditioner needed to be cleaned. Will definitely give them another chance and go there again.

I am very upset with *******! I never received an email notification, text, phone call or anything stating that the cancellation policy was 48 hours. I called to cancel and they wouldn’t do it. Saying it was past the 48 hours and charged my card. Of course now, I get emails asking how my stay was and to add a review! Horrible!

Hotel is good , but limited services around it and noisy road close to it

From checking in to checking out. All was good. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean.
