We chose Zhonghai Kaili as the second hotel in Fuzhou during our Spring Festival trip to Fujian. The experience was great! First of all, the geographical location, although it is not the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys Yantai Mountain, is not far away at all. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to reach the city center. There is also Wanda around, which is very convenient. The view of Wujiang River below the hotel is good. I specially chose a room with a rooftop on the 31st floor. After washing clothes during the day, I can take them out to dry, which is very convenient. My daughter also likes the view of the balcony! The Dyson hair dryer is even more popular with me, so I don’t have to carry my own Dyson from home every time. Because I couldn’t get up for breakfast and wanted to eat breakfast outside, I didn’t experience Kaili’s breakfast too much. Only my mother went to eat twice and said it was okay. There were not many categories. My mother said that Kaili was the best hotel on our Fujian trip, no one! The sanitary facilities, hardware and software are all good, mainly because the hotel is new and there are no bugs. Because we Beijingers are afraid of cockroaches, especially cockroaches in the south, we spent more than a month investigating hotels and finally chose Kaili. I really admire myself and feel full of security! I would rather give up the location of the Sanfang Qixiang Hotel than encounter a cockroach, and Kaili lived up to my expectations!!!

The hotel is located at the same location as Shangyang Station on Metro Line 2, allowing direct access between the hotel and the subway station. The garden outside the hotel is quaint and the environment is very beautiful. Although tea making facilities are provided in the room, only ordinary tea bags are provided. The house even forgot to provide tea bags, coffee and welcome fruits. I stayed for five nights from January 30 to February 4, and what I was most dissatisfied with was: The hotel provided a RMB 100 voucher for Meiyuan Tea Restaurant. Although there was a note on the back of the voucher saying ”Instant discount of RMB 100 for snacks over RMB 200”, my wife and I went there specially before checking out to go to the airport on February 4. We tried our best to order food to make up the RMB 200, but when we checked out, the counter said it could not be used as a voucher. It turned out that snacks were mixed with various dishes on the menu, and the pot-side porridge we ordered was not considered a snack, so we were forced to order a lava bun, and the bill was 153. Because we had to catch the bus to the airport, we didn't have time to pick up the lava buns. We were not reminded of this when we ordered which was very unpleasant!

I have always recognized the state guesthouse hotel. This collection has been collected for a long time. I stayed for one night during the Spring Festival. I felt good and stayed for another night. Few people have beautiful scenery: the hotel occupies a large area and has its own scenery. Although it is winter, the scenery is still beautiful and it is extremely comfortable to hang out. Compared with the crowds everywhere during the Spring Festival, it is a paradise. Hardware comfort: Although it is an old hotel, the decoration materials are of quality and well maintained. Some buildings are more perfect after renovation. This time I stayed in the lotus round and longan, they were all great, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the scenery was outside the window. The fitness center is well-equipped and spacious. The pool is definitely suitable for lovers. There are shuttle buses on all floors and hotel attractions, which is very convenient. Management in place: excellent service starts from the front desk check-in, butler Miss Liang is meticulous, serious and responsible, and actively communicates, adding color to our stay. After all, it is the management of the State Guest House. From the lobby, shuttle bus, cleaning, the service contacted is cordial and enthusiastic. Even the restaurant where the guests are concentrated is guided in an orderly manner, and there is no discomfort due to the Spring Festival. Convenient dining: The buffet is quite rich, the fish balls and meat swallows are delicious, and there are more ingredients for freshly cooked rice noodles, which are very friendly to those who love to eat vegetables. Although all kinds of pastries are basic, they are better than the hotel itself, fresh and added less. The person in charge of the restaurant will take the initiative to ask about the meal. On the first day, two optimization suggestions were made, and the surprise discovery on the second day was adopted. Lunch and dinner can be ordered in the Chinese restaurant. Although the package purchased on the first day is average, the Buddha jumping wall inside is a civilian version, haha. But the next day, the fried southern liver and lychee meat are delicious and the price is right, but a 15% service fee is required. Unfortunately, I didn't see the white cockroach, but fortunately I met in Fudao later. I will bring my family back next time.

When the shuttle bus passes through the alleys full of red lanterns, it seems to travel through time and space. The blue brick courtyard where we stayed has only 6 guest rooms, and the swallowtail ridge and hollow flower window craftsmanship of traditional Fuzhou houses are fully preserved. ▍Service temperature: just the right level of thoughtfulness Housekeeper Xixi took the initiative to add WeChat when checking in, and pushed the scenic performance schedule and hidden check-in points in real time. After discovering that we were checking in with children, she immediately gave children breakfast coupons (original price 68 yuan/person), and took the initiative to coordinate to delay the check-out time to 14:00. ▍Taste memory: breakfast brings out the soul of old Fuzhou The freshly cooked seafood pot at the breakfast stall is a must-try. The soup is made with clove fish and old clams directly from Lianjiang. The rice paste is scalded on the edge of the iron pot to create just the right crisp edge, sprinkled with dried shrimp and seaweed, which is the authentic taste of Fuzhou in the morning. The room was large and relatively clean. We entered the hot spring at ten o'clock in the morning, and there was dust on several pools. If we searched more, we could find a clean pool. The hotel is particularly weird. I booked a hot spring family room and paid for it, which is a non-refundable reservation. It was the first time I met someone who called me before I even checked in. He first deceived me into upgrading to a junior suite, and then recommended that I get an extra bed instead of a hot spring bed. The deal failed, so my room was directly changed to a room with an extra bed. After complaining, the child hot spring ticket was upgraded to an adult ticket.

Facilities: similar to Hilton style, marble wind, sound insulation is not good, upstairs walk around the next door hair dryer sound. Hygienic: The carpet may not be vacuumed for a long time. It is a bit allergic. If there is a purifier in the room, it is similar to the hotel grade. The disadvantage is that the pillowcase is not cleaned or changed, and the crease is not right and there are stains. The dining table in the breakfast room cannot be looked directly at, and there are residues everywhere. Environment: The location is not excellent. It is a bit biased. It is not a problem of distance from the city. If it is not really inconvenient to drive by car, there is a smell at the door of the first night to go downstairs to pick up things, a bit like the smell in the pool at the door. The breakfast room on the second day exceeded the reception area, there was no seat, no one at the table, no milk drinks were lacking, and I had to move the chair myself to grab the position, find the rhythm of the chopstick knife and fork by myself, all kinds of chaos, I have never seen such breakfast outside every Spring Festival. Service: Still lacking, a little cold and not enthusiastic enough, since as a five-star requirement, it still needs to be strengthened, the concierge did not leave the store on the third day, there was a concierge who did not see the service. Minibar: a well-regulated regular drink, there is a favorite bubble water, the disadvantage is that it is not added after the room is renewed, and the room service inspection is not in place. Free upgrade room type (depending on the room size): No upgrade, but the front desk brother said that this is an upgraded room, the service is not in place.
