這次入住錦潤酒店，體驗糟糕透頂，實在不吐不快，必須給大家排雷。 一、衞生堪憂 入住時，房間地板有明顯污漬，角落還有毛髮。床單上也有不明污漬，衞生間馬桶和洗手枱都未清潔乾淨，有污垢殘留，嚴重影響入住心情。 一進房間，地上就有明顯的污漬，黑一塊、黃一塊的，看起來臟臟的，根本不敢光腳踩。衞生間的情況更是糟糕，馬桶邊緣有一圈黃色污垢，明顯沒清理乾淨，淋浴噴頭也佈滿了水漬和水垢，洗澡的時候心裏別提多膈應了。 二、設施陳舊故障多 房間裏的空調噪音特別大，像個拖拉機在耳邊轟鳴，晚上根本睡不好覺。電視也有問題，畫面模糊不清，調了半天也沒解決。還有那把椅子，坐上去搖搖晃晃的，感覺隨時都會散架，安全隱患極大。 三、服務嚴重缺失 辦理入住的時候，讓人感覺特別不被重視。 這次在錦潤酒店的住宿體驗可以説是史上最差，花了錢卻沒得到應有的服務和舒適，希望酒店能重視這些問題，好好整改，不然真的會勸退很多像我這樣的客人！
