It was close to the port and it was a comfortable stay. I recommend having breakfast made by the owner's wife. It was a lovely breakfast in the garden.

Amazing short stay Amazing short stay for me and my partner in Milos. The location is perfect as it is 5 minutes away by foot from the Milos Port. All the restaurants, pharmacy, and convenient stores are nearby. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was absolutely perfect, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, everything was quite new and modern, we had a pretty private balcony to smoke and leave our swimsuits out to dry.

The website only highlights rooms that have been updated- was incredibly surprised to find a room with no proper shower (there was a handheld wand in a 40cm/40cm tiled square with no shower door or curtain), non-working AC unit and a room filled with mosquitos. I tried to switch rooms due to not at all receiving what I was anticipating based on their website and they simply replied that I was in a room that hasn’t been updated and there was nothing they could do about the AC not working. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Semiramis Hotel in the last week of August 2024. The owners of the hotel (it is a family-run hotel) were very friendly and always made us feel at home. Breakfast in the small pergola garden was a wonderful start to the day for us and was even brought to our table, which we hadn't expected. The rooms, like the whole house, were absolutely clean and the maids were very nice and courteous. The room furnishings are modern, the air conditioning worked great and the pergola garden with tables (where breakfast was served), you could also spend time in peace and quiet, which was very relaxing. What we also really liked was the peace and quiet at night, because although the hotel is very centrally located, you didn't notice any of the hustle and bustle. Conclusion: We have never met such a friendly management in an accommodation as the owner family of the Semiramis Hotel! It was definitely not the last time we were there, we will be back!

We stayed at Semiramis from 15 to 28 August 2024. 2 adults and 2 children. Two adjacent rooms, on the first floor. Our rooms both had an internal balcony, I saw that some rooms instead had a balcony in a common area (with a reserved space dedicated to the room). Clean rooms, towels and sheets changed every 2 days. The children's room was larger than ours, but their bathroom was actually a bit small. Breakfast is served in the garden, the lady who takes care of breakfast (Dionisis's mother) is always very kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is plentiful. The only flaw is perhaps monotonous...every day is always the same. I saw that many guests stayed a maximum of 5/6 days, but we stayed much longer...perhaps a change in flavors every now and then would have been nice. Dionisis and his colleague at reception are always very kind in everything. They always advised us on where to go and how to get there (depending on the wind present.. especially when it blows from the North - Meltemi - the beaches to the North are impracticable) and also on the various restaurants. And then, Semiramis Guest House is a stone's throw from the port of Adamas. Strategic and very convenient location. Market just ahead on the street, Pharmacy, various shops, restaurants... a real convenience! Thanks to Dionisis and all his family 🫶

Right in the heart of things, easy parking, room dated but clean with lovely balcony. Bathroom was tight - not recommended for anyone larger.

We stayed at this 1-star guesthouse for 7 nights. The cost does not match the service. We were given a room on the 1st floor, no. 10 to be precise. I am writing this because, evidently, reading other reviews and seeing some photos, there must be more comfortable rooms, perhaps those on the ground floor. Certainly not ours. The room was small, rather vintage, with a tiny and equally old bathroom. Tiny means that there is no room for two people. The linen was not changed regularly: twice in 6 days. For wet swimsuits, there was only a half-hidden line in the common terrace (I discovered it towards the end of the stay. I made do by hanging swimsuits and towels on the umbrella line). Breakfast is plentiful, but very repetitive in the sense that it is always the same every day and cannot be changed in any way. I asked if we could have some fruit, even in place of other products that we do not consume, and I was told to stick to the menu. It consists of: coffee, milk (actually in a small jug they serve you a kind of coffee cream), packaged croissant, 1 or 2 pieces of two-tone cake, which I did not understand if industrial or homemade, jams, butter and Nutella, egg to be boiled, or fried or omelette, bread, glass of orange juice and water. Positive aspects: definitely the location, in an alley very close to the center and 5 minutes from the ferry dock, the always very thorough cleaning and the kindness of the ladies who serve breakfast, in particular one who always prepared Greek coffee for my husband. Definitely not satisfactory value for money.

Owners were very personable. Hotel was older, but very clean. Breakfast was packaged croissant, coffee, yogurt, breads, and fried egg. Over all no complaints. Lady and gentlemen were a very sweet couple.❤️
