Visit with family or friends, enjoy a romantic weekend, go ice fishing when Keuka Lake freezes, or just relax and enjoy the wineries. Our home is truly an ideal location to experience all the Finger Lakes Region has to offer in every season. We know you'll fall in love and want to come back again soon. As per local law we are required to present the following policy statement to renters prior to occupancy:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Maximum on-site parking: 3 vehicles
Parking is not permitted on the street or on unpaved yard.
Emergency contact is by 911.
Good neighbor statement:
-Renters should be conscious of residents in neighboring homes.
-Vehicular traffic should not be greater than normally expected in the neighborhood.
-No excessive music or other noise, fumes, glare, or vibrations generated during use.
-Outdoor events are to be held between the hours of 10 AM and 10 PM and be a one-day occurrence. (Please note the host policy does not allow events at this location.)
-Activities shall be in compliance with noise regulations.
-Littering is prohibited.
