Super 8 by Wyndham Miles City

No decaf coffee, breakfast was limited (and not appetizing) and the hair blower in our room did not work. The staff were professional and personable. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

It's fine for an overnight. Attentive, friendly, helpful staff who were very nice after a long day on the road. Will stay again.

The rooms are in a terrible need of updating. There was holes in the furniture, cracks in the walls, leak marks in the bathroom, tiny tv’s, breakfast was sub par… all of that for over $100 a night is just not acceptable. I stay at a Quality Inn at Billings that is an older building but has been renovated and offers a great breakfast for the same price. I will never consider staying at the Super 8 again…

During Bucking Horse Sale rooms are hard to find. This property is very tired. It was pretty clean, and the staff are diligent and friendly. Mattress was squishy. USB ports in lamps did not work. I would stay here again if something better weren't available.

Comfortable...pillows are perfect! What kind are they? Friendly staff. Especially Kathleen. A couple from Canada wete looking for a room and she went above and beyond and found a room elsewhere for them. During the weekend of the bucking horse sale weekend.

I haven't stayed at a Super 8 in forever. Check in with Kathleen went well. She was good about explaining the breakfast times, locations of entrances, where to park and best way to get to the rodeo grounds. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. The wall hung hvac unit should be replaced. The huge picture headboards are kind of cool. The ground level window really doesn't latch shut, but the track stop only allows the window to open about 10 inches. Overall the place has a "dated" feel of the 1970's, but some upgrades. It's an economy hotel.

Front desk person, Raeanna, was awesome. Very cordial and helpful. Solved TV remote issue immediately. Good recommendation for area interests and food. Could use modernization. Downfall was condition of bathtub - finish was peeling.....

The lady working when we arrived was very nice. Our coffee maker was not working and she immediately brought another one. Then we couldn't seem to get hot water. She again came to our room to check on the hot water. She said that she wanted us to be happy with our stay.

Stayed here while traveling. Rundown hotel. Building vibrated when someone slammed a door, and there was constant door slamming.
