The hotel was selected blindly, and it was a pleasant surprise. It is very cost-effective and clean! Recommended ~ The hotel has an independent paid parking lot. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything as advertised. Only now in winter there could be an extra duvet as the room temperature was quite low and even with the air conditioner turned on maximum (which did not work) was it cold. Other than that top. Would highly recommend. The train/tram station is 50m in front of the hotel. You can also find a free of charge parking spot in the streets around or in front of the hotel.
I liked the location of the hotel, not the city center, but the stop is close in 3 minutes. The hotel is clean and excellent bed.
Breakfast is varied, lacked something hot (for example, kashi or broth), but generally on a solid four.
Residency in 15.00 and not earlier, we tried - it didn't turn out, was cleaning in the rooms. Leave baggage and walk!
Near the major shopping center of Piazza Portello, where there are clothing shops, food courts and just places for recreation and toilet, you can spend great time!
Everything was good. The receptionist were all so welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent!
I just really don’t like how the waiter treated us when we came to have breakfast at 10:37 am (the breakfast time was 07:00 to 11:00).
We asked if we could still get something before the closing time, he seemed really disappointed and a bit mad but still they said it was ok.
He was just looking at us, then when we were at the coffee machine he told us “just make it quick!”
We got coffee and a mini Brioche then left quickly, it wasn’t even 10 minutes, but we were so uncomfortable about him looking at us and seemed so pissed about us arriving at that time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience for the staff at the breakfast area but it says when it’s sunday, it will be close at 11am we didn’t think you’ll start cleaning at 10:30 and if you had a problem with us arriving late, we’re really sorry but you could’ve said that you can’t accept us anymore, or at least you could’ve talked to us in a better way and tell us to be as fast as possible.
An excellent hotel for the money, the others are much more expensive, the breakfast is so-so of course, the room is small but quite cozy. Expecting a miracle that the most inexpensive hotel in Milan will be at some cosmetic level is at least stupid!
The hotel is well-equipped and the rooms are quite big. There is a shopping mall near the hotel, and there is a big supermarket opposite, it is very convenient to eat nearby. Can you take the tram to the cathedral opposite the hotel?
I had the great fortune of discovering this charming hotel in Milan during my recent trip. The hotel was not only conveniently located, but it also boasted excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

YYolanda ChangLocation is a bit far from Milano city centre although it’s just one stop away. Considering the price it’s still recommended. Kitchen is clean and well equipped but there’s no elevator.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is old, the air conditioner hasn't been serviced for a long time. The area is a bit unsafe, but if you just stay for a night, it will go down. The bed linen is clean.
