Hotel di Porta Venzia, Milan

Hotel is located next to Lima metro station and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station. Room size is good and the decoration is modern, except the air conditioning is not cold enough. We adjusted it to the lowest temperature and was still not cold enough. We had to open the window for a few hours before we went to bed. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive. I had to thank Manuel who arranged us to go in the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened as we had to leave for the airport early. Everything went through smoothly. I enjoyed the stay very much at NH Milano Buenos Aires.

We booked for room with King /Double bed which was on the website ( hotel and Trip . Com). But the room provided us was not the same as describes on the website. Our room had a single bed and a king size bed that had taken a lot of space. The room was so small that the single bed made it smaller. I was so difficult for us to move around the room. I contacted the hotel manager on the day but he didn’t try to change the room. My husband was so frustrated that we had to spent more time outside not inside the room. My husband taken some pictures of the room that we will upload. The hotel’s breakfast was very simple and the same items every day. The hotel room didn’t have any tea facilities, no water and not even a glass was provided. I contacted Trip.com but didn’t get any satisfactory resolution.

Stayed over for the Italian Grand Prix. The bed and room was very comfortable with a great breakfast. Staff were very polite. Spa is a bit small but perfect for a nice sauna and quick swim which is a bonus. Duomo and Central station located just down the road.

The hotel was great. We had an issue with our first room but the receptionist was very nice and got us a new room. The location was excellent, right next to a beautiful park and delicious restaurants. For me personally I liked this location way better than the city center near Duomo (btw Duomo was 9min. away via metro - although I recommend walking through the park!) Will definitely come back and choose this hotel again.

I am extremely grateful to the front desk staff who received me. Due to my hearing impairment, it was somewhat challenging for me to understand what was being said by non-native speakers through lip-reading. However, the hotel's front desk staff were very patient and meticulous in their service, doing an excellent job. They even personally showed me the way to ensure I fully understood. Even in the luxurious hotels I have stayed at, it is rare to find service staff who can pay such complete attention to these details. Although there were minor issues with the room's location and sound insulation, the hotel communicated proactively and had a very good attitude. I believe that the service attitude of a hotel is its most valuable asset.

I don't know which side is responsible. When booking, I chose a twin bed, two breakfasts, the price has been paid for a twin bed, and the other place in REMAKS said ”Must be a twin room”, but the hotel did not know when arriving at the store, telling me that no customer needs were received, Need to take the room colleagues and the hotel front desk to negotiate for a period of time to get the room, the experience is very disappointing.

Good location, take the bus to the central train station at the airport, follow the navigation to the hotel There is a supermarket and many restaurants next to it The hotel room was very clean, the breakfast variety and taste were good

The four-star service is for the front desk who checks in during the day. I can't complain about the front desk on duty at night. The discrimination is so serious that I am speechless. The hotel facilities are good. It is also one of the few hotels in Europe that has slippers.

Excellent service! Location is great, 15 minutes walk from the central train station. Check in process was smooth and enquiries were answered very quickly. Highly recommended.

So clean! The reception desk was straightforward and solved the problem quickly. Breakfast is rich in Italian cheese and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Close to the subway station, convenient for shopping (but not a cheap brand of the first, second and third-tier brands compared to local brands)
