Absolutely terrible! Do not stay here! We had a late check in because of local traffic, so we had to use the emergency number to check in. The front desk is only open from 0900 to 1800, which I’ve never heard of at a hotel. We were directed how to get into our room/apartment by a gentleman over the phone. We got into our room and it was so extremely hot inside. We had to call the emergency number back to figure out how to turn on the AC unit. He was very unhelpful. We finally found the control panel behind some curtains and thought we had turned on the AC but nothing was coming on and it wasn’t any cooler in the room. We were texting the emergency number back and forth at this point because we didn’t know what else to do about this situation. We couldn’t open the windows to allow a breeze because there were mosquitoes everywhere and I’m very allergic, we also had my twin nieces that I didn’t want eaten alive. While we were texting the emergency guy, who was useless, we asked the other rooms if they had similar issues. The room right next to us also had the same problem. The emergency number guy told us that their maintenance guy said we just had to wait for it to work. We waited until 10 pm and finally gave up. We had no where else to go! My poor three year old nieces had to sweat in their beds while trying to get some sleep. It was such a nightmare! The next day, I told the receptionist that it was terrible and asked for a full refunded. I explained our situation and the back and forth we had with their useless emergency number guy. She didn’t care, she refused the refund. She was extremely condescending and did not care that we sweated all night in our beds even though they advertised air conditioning. And this does not have anything to do with the current government restrictions on AC, the room was extremely hot inside - way more than 24C.

We were on time to arrive at this hotel at 18hrs While on our Lufthansa flight we were told that there was a delay if an hour. We phoned this hotel, lady at reception refused to help us and said if we were late they would not help us! She was quite rude . On top of this we had to find new accommodation and 2 days later our tourleader found that they had charged us the full amount from his credit card.

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia per ragioni di salute. Abbiamo pernottato in un mini appartamento, pulito e in perfette condizioni, con tutti i comfort necessari. Dormito benissimo e raggiunto facilmente sia ospedale che metropolitana. Consigliato.

Vicino al Politecnico si trova questa struttura decisamente conveniente rispetto all’offerta degli hotels tradizionali. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso e pulito con letti comodi. Unica pecca l’isolamento acustico del nostro appartamento, piuttosto scarso. Con il tram 19 si raggiunge il centro in 15 minuti.

Apprezzo di questa struttura la pulizia e l'organizzazzione. Non manca nulla per garantire un servizio confortevole. Alcune stanze sono dei veri e propri loft anche se spesso sono sottoposti rispetto al piano terra ma dai finestroni arriva la luce sufficiente per non sentire il disagio della posizione. Alojamiento amplio de dos niveles ideal para 4 personas muy bien equipado con cocina y utensilios, está cerca de una estación del metro y frente al politécnico de Milán, lo que hace que la zona esté rodeada de estudiantes, también hay un carreufour a unas calles, ideal si quieres comprar comida en el super y ahorrar unos cuantos euros.
