I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Bob W Hotel Apartments in Milan has been incredibly frustrating. We booked five rooms in the same category, but the room I was assigned was noticeably different from the others. Not only is it situated directly at the entrance, making it extremely noisy and uncomfortable, but the lack of communication from the hotel has been appalling. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my concerns, including the noise and the fact that my room is different from the others in the same category, but I haven’t received any response. They promised to look into the matter and get back to me, but I’m still waiting for a reply. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, I was surprised to find a Polaroid camera in the room but no film, which felt like a pointless gesture. To my surprise as well , when I go back to the room at midnight , hot water was not available!!! For anyone considering a stay at Bob W, I strongly advise against accepting room 007. It’s right at the entrance, noisy, and a huge disappointment.and remember no hot water at midnight …. I would expect much better service and attention to detail for the price. Very disappointed with this experience, and I won’t be returning.

A good property, well maintained and in a great location to experience the Milanese culture

The problem for us is water. We stayed in the 2nd floor so the shower water pressure is extremely low (opposite of 0 and 1st floor where my other families stayed at beneath ours.) It was good for kitchen and bath sink. Also, i dont know if its bc we used the hot water to wash dishes, the hot water after that was only enough for one person, the 2nd person finished half the shower when the water turned cold completely. 3rd and 4th person had to take shower the next morning. I dont know if we had to do anything with the boiler but there was no instruction about it. As mentioned, other families stayed beneath us directly experienced completely the opposite and they loved the property. Location is good, near supermarket, restaurants and shopping streets.

This property is a bit of a mixed bag. The self check-in was OK but a little confusing. It depends on your phone workng and being online. The property itself is clean but sparse with not a lot of furnishings. No maid service unless requested which we never tested. No Netflix or English TV. The apartment does have a mini-kitchen with coffee and the basics which is helpful and convenient. If you are tech savvy this place will do. The location is great with many restaurants and a full service grocery right across the street. Great transportation and close to many attractions including the Duomo.
