Ulasan Kleos Hotel Milano by Kleos Group Collection

This hotel was ok, air-conditioned unfortunately didn't work and bed was very hard - not my preference. The TV in the room also didn't work. But overall was ok if your willing to walk quite a bit to the city centre.

We had a great stay at Kleos. It had everything we look for in a hotel. Modern and spotlessly clean room with a great bathroom. The reception was open 24 hours and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. There is a bistro on site and tastefully decorated sitting area. The location is great, very close to a metro station, as well as tram and bus stops. Tram number 5, which stops just around the corner was very convenient for the train station. The metro was running till later (00:40) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, there are a couple of busses that run after the metro stops. They were fast and easy to use. You can just tap your card to pay ( please note that you have to use a different card for each ticket). Highly recommend the hotel and would happily return on our next trip.

這家酒店靠近Susa地鐵站 步行8-10分鐘 出行非常方便～ 對面有家日料店 晚間有自助 抵達第一天就去打卡了 可以解救中國胃/亞洲胃。 房間非常整潔 寬敞 明亮 一個人使用絕對是夠了。 還有個沙發床 可以放置一些東西。 設施總體也比較全。 酒店早餐我挺喜歡 用餐環境也很安靜愜意。 前台會説英語 態度也很熱情。 總體印象挺好。 這家酒店屬於離市區較近， 性價比中等偏上的快捷酒店類型。 缺點可能是房間隔音效果稍微差些。 有時候會感覺有點吵～ 在這裏一共住了4晚 買了3天的早餐: （最後一天早上要趕火車 就不在酒店吃了）~ 貼圖供大家出行選酒店作參考。

酒店位置還可以，打車去中央火車站 20 分鐘，25 歐元，入住期間滿房了，住在電梯旁邊的房間，還怕聲音大，倒也沒覺得

Harga mahal, tanpa keutamaan pelayanan perhotelan (tidak adanya courtesy kit meski berbayar dan berdasarkan permintaan). AC dinyalakan di resepsionis lalu...kipas angin di kamar mandi hanya berfungsi di "slot waktu" dari jam 9 sampai jam 16?????? Tidak masuk akal untuk 285 euro per malam

Saya tinggal di sini selama akhir pekan dan saya harus mengatakan bahwa kami bertiga menganggapnya buruk. Kamar saya bukan triple seperti yang saya minta, tetapi akrab, dengan tempat tidur ganda dan tempat tidur susun, teman saya mengeluh, karena, dia tidur sedikit dan buruk, saya juga, karena, saya ingin tidur di bawah kastil tempat tidur, dan tangga, dipasang di tempat tidur, menghalangi jalan saya, baik untuk berbaring maupun untuk bangun, saya benar-benar tidur sangat nyenyak, bukan hanya karena apa yang terjadi pada saya di siang hari, tetapi juga karena sangat tidak nyaman. Harganya rata-rata, saya tidak berpura-pura. Staf oke, tapi saya tidak merekomendasikannya. Saya berharap dapat menemukan yang lebih baik saat berikutnya saya tiba di Milan. Satu hal: kamar mandinya kurang gelas untuk minum dan berkumur gigi

Excellent hotel, very good location, in between Linate Airport and the centre of Milan with good metro connections. Ahmed was so helpful and tried to make our stay special. Breakfast was good with homemade cakes! Rooms on the small side, but very clean

Clean, friendly hotell, not far from Milan Central Station. Okey breakfast, friendly staff and d clean rooms. Worth the price👍. Recommended for a short stay. But nothing more. 1/2 hour from Milan Central Station. You could walk, but I recommend a Taxi.

Rooms was perfectly clean and with very nice modern interior. The staff was very helpful and they made our stay very simple even we were in Italy for the first time. I strongly recommend it for all kinds of travelers because its location allows you to be in the city heart for no more than 30 minutes by foot and the prices of rooms are reasonable.

We were in Milan for one night only, so just needed a place for our bags and a good night's sleep. The hotel looks dated from outside and hasn't got much going for it inside. Did not matter to us, as we were not staying long. The rooms are on the small side, but clean (you might need to catch a couple of moths), bathroom a decent size. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel, I would not recommend, as it's about 20 min by bus to Duomo or 15 min by tram to Milano Centrale. The disappointment to us was the lack of soundproofing and subsequent lack of response from the hotel. Guests in the room above or near us woke us up before 6am with TV blasting at full sound. 15-20min in, we contacted Reception, who promised to help, but did nothing. Another 20min later, our second call to Reception went unanswered. We had a "pleasure" of listening to some Italian chat show for almost two hours, it was so loud, we could make out every word. Upon check out , we raised this with the receptionist, who gave us an email address to write to. I am yet to receive a response.

Πολύ εξυπηρετική reception!!!Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια,εμπεναν κάθε μέρα να καθαρίσουν,να αλλάξουν πετσέτες και να στρώσουν!!!Πολύ άνετα κρεββατια και Μαξιλάρια!!!Πρωινο επαρκές!Συγκοινωνίες πολλές επιλογές,στα 200μ.!Ευχαριστούμε!!!

Ho soggiornato in compagnia di una mia amica in questa struttura e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Hotel è situato, a poca distanza dalla fermata della metro Dateo, ben collegata alla stazione centrale anche con il servizio taxi. La struttura è ampia, possiede anche una louge, una hall e a richiesta ha anche il servizio colazione. Ha una palestra a cui si può accedere gratuitamente. La nostra stanza era situata al 5 piano e avevamo anche un terrazzino caratteristico, allestito con tavolino e divanetti. La stanza è ampia, ha un tavolino con 2 sedie, armadio a vista. Il bagno grande, ampia doccia. La nostra stanza era pulita ed accogliente ed il personale molto cordiale e gentile, pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta.
