Foto Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Splendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. Good service for foreignerThis is one of the cleanest hotels ever! It's beautiful and the people are friendly. They have a beautiful van that takes you downtown. The breakfast is delicious. The room is big. The bathroom is modern. Housekeeping service is absolutely over the top. They make the room shine.
