Near to the fair area. But there is nothing. You can use lampugnano train station to go to city center without car headache.

It is the best hotel with the worst location. You need to take Uber to everywhere and it is very expensive! It would be better to spend more money and live in the center!

For one, the hotel is in an extremely sketchy area. Even in broad daylight my friend and I felt unsafe walking to it from the train station. Additionally, there’s nothing around for miles. Based on the reviews and information on Trip Advisor, we were under the impression that the area was much safer. Beyond that, there was a sewage smell in our bathroom, and the sink kept backing up. Worst of all was the fact that on two separate occasions during the night my friend and I heard what sounded like someone attempting to enter our room. We were up for hours between these incidents and the random turning off and on of the power (and subsequently the emergency flood lights). During this time I looked at their negative reviews on Trip Advisor and saw a report of staff following female guests to their rooms and attempting to break in, so unfortunately this experience was not unique to us. Upon checking out, the reception staff tried to charge us for three nights of city taxes despite the fact that we only stayed one night. We had to get a manager involved in order to not be ripped off. When I told them why we were leaving early, they had no reaction or response. Presumably this happens to them a lot. I asked them repeatedly to return Trip.com’s phone calls/emails, to which they refused. I don’t know why a hotel would be unable to keep its power on during the middle of the night, nor why the staff were so uninterested in running said hotel. We even checked online to see if the city was having electricity issues but based on our research it appeared to be a problem unique to Klima Hotel. I don’t know if it’s a front for some sort of money laundering or drug manufacturing business, all I can say is I’ve never felt more unsafe or uncared for at a place I spent a lot of money to be at. It was completely unacceptable to say the least.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. When booking the hotel we was told there was a hotel shuttle bus, but there was nothing like this when we arrived making the journey to the city 1 hour plus, including walking through a dangerous underpass to get to a tram stop and the surrounding area of the hotel was broken down buildings! Pictures added. Secondly the room was filthy I have pictures to prove this, The toilet flushing system kept falling off the wall and the towel rack fell off and knocked all of my items on the floor and the shower head wouldn’t stay up the pole, it kept sliding down as it was broken. The extractor fan was also hanging off the ceiling and didn’t work so the room would be soaking into the bedroom. I had complained about this however nothing was done just false promises that it will be fixed. When I complained again we was told we should’ve complained earlier… even though we complained on the first day! It was over priced and I’m absolutely furious no money was offered back to us with the inconvenience caused and breakage of my items!! Also don’t get room service as they charge you €6 on top of your room service! The spa was closed the whole time and I would want a partial refund for the awful experience!
