Awesome hotel in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff

Very nice hotel near a Metro stop, so easy to get to shopping, food and the duomo. Hard to regulate the temp of the room, but it was nice.

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel october 2021 and october 2-7, 2022. This will always be my hotel if I will visit Milan. Friendly staff, Clean and spacious room, just next to the metro station and walking distance to the Duomo and Vittorio Emmanuel, Montenapoleone, Rinascente and etc shopping stores. Our room window has a very nice view of the city. Thanks to Mercure hotel.

The hotel is charming and authentically Italian.

Decent location, especially if you are flying out of Linate. Room decor is dated and hallways are a little dingy. Staff was helpful.

The metro is located right outside so it's convenient for getting around. The area around the hotel is descent. Staff was friendly and room was acceptable.y only complaint is they have the air conditioning locked down so you can't get it to a cool enough temperature. I hate sleeping when it's warm in a room. Outside it was in theid 90's so a cool room would have been better.

Room was fine, desk was good, good wifi. But property dated and not well maintained. The air con cant be controlled from the room. The bathroom taps leaked and the shower was missing a door. The staff didnt do anything about it during my stay. Breakfast poor.
