Ini adalah hotel murah yang bagus untuk akhir pekan untuk menjelajahi kota. Hotel ini berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta pusat dan kereta bawah tanah. Sekitar 20 menit berjalan kaki dari Duomo dan tempat wisata utama lainnya. Kamar bersih dan modern

dikembalikan setelah dua tahun .... Saya mengkonfirmasi, dan memperkuat, kesan saya yang baik .... khususnya posisi di sekitar stasiun pusat harus ditekankan, yang merupakan aset besar

Sayangnya saya tidak menginap di hotel ini karena kamar yang disediakan untuk saya tidak bisa digunakan. Saya dialihkan ke hotel di seberang dan dari kategori yang lebih tinggi. Masih pengalaman hebat. Hotel tempat saya menginap, HD8, baru dibangun, sangat nyaman dan bersih. Kamar yang sangat bagus dan staf yang sangat baik. Staf yang sangat baik juga di Spice. Secara keseluruhan penilaian yang sangat positif.

The toilet was broken. The room I booked is supposed to be with a balcony, which shown in the pics when I booked. I was arranged to first floor room 138. You can hear all the sounds from the outside street. As a female, I couldn’t able to open window and curtain. If you do, ppl walking on the street could see everything in the room. As everyone knows, it locates in the Milan central station which is not safe either. I don’t know whether it was because I’m from Asia , they think it’s okay to arrange this room that supposed to be under repair to me. They shouldn’t arrange any under repair room to any guest, it’s not professional and unthoughtful. They just want to make revenue. I didn’t complain, as I just booked for a night.if you don’t satisfied with room , use your right to ask them change the room

Great hotel, location close to station for trains, metro buses etc. Big clean room. We had a huge wrap around balcony. Bathroom is big and clean with amazing lighting

Had a great staying in this hotel! Super easy to check in and out! The staff are great and good wifi connection!

The hotel is like an airport hotel providing you with a bed and a place to shower. The only plus point is 3 min walk from central train station. We had 2 rooms in different floors. The one on the 1st floor facing the road is very noisy with poor ventilation if the window is not opened. The one on the 2nd floor at the inner side is super cold. Requested heater to be on but it is not turned on at all. No amenities like kettle , toothbrush, slippers and not even bottled drinks . It is a just a soulless place for one to sleep only. Not forgetting the room is small size too . Internet is poor and bath room floor would be very wet after shower because the shower water flows out.

Terrific night stay. Super noisy neighbors, doors shut non stop, cold wind through the window, I had to put a towel to stop the cold air, my room became a swimming pool after 5 mn shower, water went everywhere in the room even under the bed. I asked help to the desk explaining that the bathroom has a huge problem, no smile, no empathy, (to this girl at the desk, my advice smile be warm or change your job, you are not good at that, why are you so arrogant?), she just said with a very cold and estonished attitude, what is your problem! I guess I am not the first one who met this issue in this room at the room 127! A young boy came to dry my room, this boy (a worker) is much more able to keep good relation with customer, he was very polite and great. In counter part of this, not even an apoligize, a coffee or a drink? Dream ! Woww you don't know how to do business guys and congrats to the director, you better train your staff well. Sorry to say but for 70 eur, better sleep in the car.

Really disappointed with this hotel. Other than the location being good for the train station, the rest of the hotel wasn’t what we were expecting. No air conditioning in the room, thermostat was showing over 27 degrees in the room, asked to move rooms or at least be given a fan but were told no to both. Window opened onto the ground floor smoking area. Crack and hole in the floor. No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Overall, I wouldn’t be staying again.

In fact, I was staying at Just hotel not Spice hotel which I booked. And that fact is super confusing. As for the room: 1. Bad smell in the toilet. 2. No amenities in the room. You have to call and ask for literally everything. Even for the A/C. They brought me a broken kettle. No cups, spoons, tea in the room. Disaster! 3. Super dark, old, not cosy.

The room that gave me was so small. And we cant open our luggge. And so noisy, and smell cigarette. This the worst hotel i ever stayed.
