Our Casa Brera experience was a wonderful. We will never forget our time there. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, well decorated, very charming with wonderful restaurants and lounge areas. The pool on top of the hotel was the icing on the cake! The most enjoyable part of the hotel experience was the staff. We were treated with the most top of the line service. Everyone was so helpful and treated us with such respect. Pure class! We will be going back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Brera Hotel! From the time we arrived and check in, all the staff were welcoming and courteous. They acknowledged us all the time and greeted us with our names. As a Platinum member, they upgraded to a very nice Junior suitte and we also had balloons and cake since we’re celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. Special mention to Matteo and Herman who checked us in and they were wonderful! Did I mention that the cranberry welcome drink is a good touch too. Paula and Tatiana at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful as well! The food was great and of course, the service. We also met their General Mgr, Nicolo who personally apologized due to the fire alarm the night before we checked out, but everything was good. Lia, Ivan and Simon were also very helpful. Overall, we had an awesome stay at this hotel. Their customer service skills are top notch which is very important in the hospitality business! Thank you to all the staff at Casa Brera Hotel most especially the ones I mentioned. You made our stay so memorable! Keep up the great work!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was truly exceptional. The entire staff, including the front desk, concierge, Bellmen, and room attendant, provided impeccable service. However, the location is the true standout feature of this hotel, offering easy walking access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly consider staying here again.

We stayed at Casa Brera for NYE and had an excellent experience. The hospitality here is top notch, and Front Desk agent, Sarah, was superb. Our room was great and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend--you won't regret it.

Excellent food rooms staff location nothing to complain. 100+ % Nearly all restaurants, monuments. Shopping. Transport links. Everything you need. Staff very helpful. Foods amazing breakfast have loads of fresh food and variety. I will recommend.

I just landed and didn't wanna miss writing the review about this beautiful hotel. A brand new hötel, awesome design, beautiful and calm colors and so luxurious, delicate and aesthetic and very clean. The breakfast is a served one and it's sooo delicious. The location - you can't ask for a better one, 5 min walking from the center and above all that the staff is soooooo kind, helpful, caring to let you feel at home and will always find a solution and a good recommendation. For example while we arrived late at night and there was a mistake with our room, it took the front desk staff couple of minutes to solve it and they even upgraded us for a better room. The front desk, the concierge and the breakfast staff were praised. We really enjoyed everything and really recommend it.

Had an enjoyable 2 nights at the hotel. Everyone from the bellhops, front desk, concierge and breakfast staff could not have been nicer and friendlier. They all went 0ut the way to greet us and many remembered our name. The rooms are comfortable, great beds and lovely. spotless bathrooms Nice sized gym. The served breakfast was prompt, tasty and efficient. Would stay here again givens excellent location both to the Brera area and main. shopping. Looking forward to returning when in Milan next.

The hotel is well situated. 4 mins walk from the duomo and most interesting places.The hotel attendants are very kind especially Édouardo, Mathéo, Léa, Martina …we spent some good time there. When I lost my purse everyone helped me to find it I was really touched. The room is very beautiful, the little attentions, the breakfast, the bathroom. I enjoyed my stay there as we were there for one week. The only disappointment is that I believe more could be done considering how expensive the hotel is. For example the breakfast wasn’t included whereas the hotel is costly, everything in the fridge is for sale. I believe more can be done to please the clients
