I was in Milan for work and booked The Plein without really knowing what to expect — and WOW, what a surprise!! The hotel is stylish, super clean, and has this calm, elegant vibe that makes you instantly feel relaxed. Huge shoutout to Darya at the front desk — she was so welcoming and genuinely kind, which makes all the difference when you’re traveling solo. The room was amazing, but the private sauna? Insane. I wasn’t expecting to unwind like that after a day of meetings. Also, the bed was crazy comfortable — soft pillows, fresh scent, everything just felt right. Didn’t think a work trip could feel this good. I’ll definitely be back, next time maybe for fun!

My recent stay at The Plein Hotel in Milan was severely tarnished by a completely unacceptable incident upon my departure this morning. As a guest who chose this supposedly luxurious establishment, I was appalled by the taxi service they carelessly arranged for me to the train station. The driver, who arrived promptly after being booked by the hotel, immediately announced his card machine was “not working” after departing. Despite us stating we had no cash, he insisted on taking us to two separate ATMs because the first one supposedly didn't work. Alarmingly, he did not use the meter at all during the entire journey. This predatory individual then audaciously claimed the "maximum fare" would be €20, which we were forced to withdraw. Upon arrival at the train station, he pocketed the full €20 and refused to give us any change whatsoever. This felt like a blatant scam, especially considering that just the previous day, I took four separate taxi rides throughout Milan, and all of them accepted card payments without any issue and used their meters correctly. Furthermore, this scam taxi ride, the shortest of all the trips I took at a mere five minutes, cost me an outrageous €20. This was a stark and infuriating contrast to what I know is the normal and honest taxi service in Milan. The fact that this five-star hotel booked such an unscrupulous driver raises serious questions about their standards and who they choose to associate with. Were they complicit in this daylight robbery? This experience left a deeply sour taste in my mouth regarding my stay at The Plein Hotel. I have since attempted to contact the hotel to address this issue but have received no response whatsoever, further highlighting their lack of care for guest experience. If I had the chance to do it again, I would unequivocally book a taxi through a reputable taxi app myself rather than trusting this hotel to arrange reliable transportation. Potential guests should be warned that even a hotel claiming five-star status might subject you to such fraudulent practices by the services they recommend or arrange, and seemingly doesn't even bother to respond to complaints. I strongly advise caution if relying on The Plein Hotel for transportation. This was a truly disappointing and infuriating end to my visit.

over the top place in Philipp Plein style, I was there with my girlfriend, the club is top, very expensive but worth it for those who like the Miami style environment, the hotel is not open yet, they told me it will open at the end of February with 15 suites

Sono appena tornato da un soggiorno al The Plein Hotel e... wow! La mia camera era incredibile – davvero da provare. Un design pazzesco, originale, elegante ma con personalità. Il servizio è stato impeccabile fin dal primo momento. Lo staff del front desk è di una gentilezza rara, sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutare. Mi sono sentito super coccolato, come in un vero 5 stelle lusso. Grazie al servizio concierge ho potuto organizzare un sacco di attività e anche il transfer per l’aeroporto, tutto in modo super semplice. Insomma, se siete a Milano e cercate un posto speciale dove dormire… The Plein è assolutamente da provare!

Ich habe im Januar ein Zimmer im Plein Hotel gebucht. Im Anschluss habe ich aus den Medien erfahren, dass Philipp Plein im Oktober 2023 Vater von Rouge wurde (Ex-Freundin Lucia Bartoli, mit welcher er auch noch ein weiters Kind hat) und zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits mit seiner Affäre Andreea Sasu ein weiteres Kind gezeugt hat, welches dann im Juli 2024 auf die Welt kam. Gemäss den öffentlichen Informationen steht PP nun in einem Sorgerechtsstreit mit seiner Ex-Freundin Lucia Bartoli, bezahlt keinen Unterhalt und benützt seine Kinder für Marketing Zwecke wie Zirkusaffen (stellt ständig Fotos und Videos in Netz, um seine Marke zu promoten, kümmert sich nicht um das Kinderwohl seiner Söhne etc.). Aufgrund dieses Verhaltens habe entschlossen, nie wieder in diesem Hotel zu logieren. Im Philip Plein Hotel zu logieren bedeutet, dieses frauenfeindliche, familienfeindliche und missbräuchliche Verhalten weiter monitär zu unterstützen. Hinter einer solchen Marke kann ich nicht stehen, da auch das ganze Hotel diesen "Prunk nach Aussen" verkörpert, völlig überrissene Preise für einen schlechten Service und vorallem: Frauen- und familienfeindliches Verhalten vom Besitzer. Nein danke, nie wieder.

Finalmente anche a Milano è arrivato un posto degno di essere definito Hotel di lusso. Tutti gli ambienti super curati in stile Plein, servizio attento e mai invasivo. Non vedo l’ora di poter soggiornare e consigliarlo a tutti i miei amici!
