Enjoyed property but when spending time with the family and kids, we overheard bartender using profanity. Kids were with in earshot and there was no need for it in the conversation he was having with customers at the bar.

I almost don’t want to write this review because the employees at the hotel were so nice but the owner needs to take responsibility for the condition of his property. I had a two queen bed room and was on the top floor. The room faced the highway so it was a bit noisy especially in the morning but the air conditioner was so noisy it drowned out the highway noise. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The air unit was struggling to keep the air cool and had a mildewy smell. The bathroom was not as clean. There was pink mold in the shower and the curtain had brown slimy mold on the bottom. There are buttons on the curtain for easy removal for cleaning so on the day of “every other day housekeeping” I laid it on the tub edge so it could be seen and be replaced. It apparently wasn’t seen. The tub was dirty with that light brown soap scum that happens. And the tub faucet dripped constantly. Housekeeping just doesn’t exist. I thought the bathroom would at least be vacuumed but thought wrong. The coffee machine was not replenished. It was just a disappointing stay.

Great stay. I come here for business every week. I love the friendly customer service. They always ask if there is anything I need. Point me to Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are always clean. If I have an issue they fix it immediately. Thanks for everything yall do.

I am a lifetime titanium member with Marriott. Stayed in many Courtyards. My wife stayed here using my points and left a day early just to get away from this place. I personally had a bad experiance from a December stay. Maybe the worst Courtyard in the country.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard in Midlothian was very disappointing aside from. the fact that therewas no free breakfast or coffee in the lobby there were no kleenex , coffee cups or regular kcups the room.. The televisions in the rooms were not functional. Manager refused give a discount for the lack of amenities in the room.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times and, as always, this time was another great experience. We were there to visit family in the area for the 4th of July and this hotel made sure we were comfortable and had a comfortable place to visit with our family. Everyone, from the greats (little kids) to the grands (old folks), had a great time. The pool was greatly enjoyed and the children's library in the gathering place was perfect for finding a few books to read to the greats. We have always found our rooms at this hotel to be clean and comfortable. But perhaps the best thing is that all the staff really go out of their way to make sure we have a great guest experience. A special thanks to Jonathan who ALWAYS has a smile on his face and is so personable but still professional. We will certainly continue to stay at the Midlothian Marriott!

We had 24 people from around the country fly in for Electrical Sfty training and the conference center we paid for set us up for the wrong days. Ceir, Gene and the crew at Marriott's Courtyard Midlothian stepped up to save our day. In under an hour we went from people milling around in a parking lot, to people sitting down in a meeting room for their training. I cannot compliment the response, professionalism and helpful attitudes enough. They changed what could have been a disaster into a minor inconvenience and the training is happening as I write this. If you are looking for a conference space in the DFW area, I'd highly recommend starting here .

I had employees come into town for training and the hotel was very accommodating. Brenda and Cory were so friendly and continuously checking on us to see if we needed anything. The front desk employees always greeted us when we would come into the building. The lobby was great for 1 on 1 training as there are plenty of seating areas and there were no interruptions. We will most definitely be using this hotel again for training purposes and look forward to seeing Brenda & Cory again!
