What a HORRIBLE experience! My flight had been delayed, so I did not get to the hotel until 1 o’clock in the morning. After arriving in an Uber, I was met by a gentleman who worked for the hotel and stated they had no rooms left. I showed him my confirmation number my pin number, and it didn’t make any difference. He stated they were having problems with four of their rooms, blah blah blah!
If you are reading this, you need to seriously stay away from this hotel. I did wind up seeing the lobby the next day and it’s disgusting! I am surprised that Trip even allows this business to be on their site!
