I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

Very good, unpretentious hotel but well located and clean

It was a very comfortable stay. It is close to the city center and convenient for sightseeing. It was also good that it was affordable compared to other hotels.

The room is relatively clean, far away from the center of Tuzezi, and far from the subway station, there are some distances around the hotel and supermarket, suitable for self-driving cars. The hotel reception is warm and welcoming.
