Friends had their wedding here. We came from all over the world to celebrate this event and the venue exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Bed and linen are also excellent. The food was lovely, with several options for different dietary needs. The only issue was I was very jet-lag and there was no room service so make sure you have snacks in your room. A special thanks to all the staff. Peter and Luisa at reception were excellent. Selma in the spa is an absolute jewel. I went for treatments the four days that I stayed here because of her. Also recommend for transport and pick up at airport you use the hotel service. Much better than other providers.

I’ve been here for a couple of days with work and I must say that i enjoyed every moment. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. The place has a beautiful view, love the everything about it and oh the food, the meat and dessert were so delicious. Definitely coming back!

A very good place to stay. The service and the friendliness of the staff is one of the best that I have ever seen. The whole area is beautiful and well looked after. The buffet meals whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is well prepared and you have a wide choice of delicious food. One is totally relaxed after a stay at this wonderful place.

This is a beautiful lodge. Rooms are clean and a good size. Food was good and great options for vegetarians. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Ruby , at the reception was fantastic with great management skills! She deserves a promotion.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. From the reception staff the the restaurant and bar staff everyone made us feel welcome and at home. A special thank you to Ottie, Lousia, James, Gabriel, Quett, Bella, Carlos and Daniel, your were absolutely awesome. We will def be back again soon and next time we will bring the kids. WOW!! My children and I were blown away by the Junior Suite, what an improvement. The room was 5 stars, the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation. We took a guided game drive and even had time for spa!! The service was of exceptional standard. We will definitely recommend Midgard to our friends. And we will be back!

From the day that we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty. Check in was smooth, the treatments we received at the spa were excellent, the meals were great (my dietary requests were met by the chef), rooms were comfortable (exactly what we had requested), and the ambiance was great. Taking a walk around the premises, taking in the fresh air, the flowers and the scenery… awesome experience! Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. Certainly, I’ll be going back …
