The Majestic House, our character rich 1910 Upstate Farmhouse is set back from the road just over the bridge at the babbling BushKill stream. This private home boasts a hidden woodland uphill trail behind the sprawling lawn. Flanked with towering trees spanning a half an acre, the trail leads to an elevated clearing, that will capture you imagination from high up on its mountaintop perch. Surrounded by a side lawn dotted with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, stone fire pit seating and bluestone patio dining, your ultimate peace and relaxation awaits. Watch the children frolic in the adorable playhouse and mini playground against the backdrop of the rushing waters and rolling hills. Upon stepping foot into our serene mountain home, you will immediately be greeted with astonishing natural light from its countless windows. You will love the elegantly designed seating and open flow living and dining areas, graced with multiple sets of French doors. Enjoy the contemporary art decor decorating all the designer furniture and high-end lounging (think Italy!). Our secret spot, the sun bathed California sunroom, will have you hooked, with cozy seating that hides a pullout queen bed to double as a fifth bedroom if you so wish. Our newly redone well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and vintage curio will make entertaining worth the while. Swinging doors feeds straight into the stately dining room with its prized panoramic picture window and upscale glass top dining. Fear not the outdoor living, as the inviting mudroom has you covered, while the wood-burning fireplace in the sunny front room provides plenty of warmth after a long day at the slopes. With four bedrooms just off the sweet enclosed stairway, you and your guests will find the accommodations inviting and luxurious. The Master Suite has a king size bed that can be split to two double beds (see photos), with an adjoining kids room with a trundle bed. The double bed guest room shares a cute Jack and Jill bathroom with the adjoining queen bedroom (see photos for pullout trundle option). All rooms have AC to cool your senses when the sun is high in the sky! Treat yourself to all amenities provided, never fretting about those toiletries while away from home.
