The team is welcoming, the room large and clean, the breakfast is good but always the same.

It is the nearest hotel to Lowell Downtown. It is quiet near the road. There are no restaurants and supermarkets around. It is suitable for driving. The hotel has special facilities for the elderly and disabled. Suitable for passing through Lowell, short stay, no elevator, luggage needs to be moved by yourself.

In addition to the location is biased to the suburbs, everything else is good. The Chinese are a little troublesome to eat, the restaurant is lively, the Americans drink and chat to watch the oversized TV, of course, if you are not a local tycoon with money, it is not bad to go there to solve the meal. There is McDonald's across the road, and the milkshake is good. At the intersection, turn right and there is a gas station convenience store, there is 7-11 across the intersection. In foreign countries, except in Japan, Southeast Asia, the Chinese stomach is more or less aggrieved. Hotel breakfast, cream coffee fruit oatmeal waffles. Overall very good.

Have helped when there was No vacancies. Renovations are great 👍and could maybe put a smaller TV and ac in the smaller room in the suite. Also need to figure something out for long-term guests so you don't have to leave every couple weeks especially guests like myself who have their entire life with them. But overall good stay

When I first checked in, the front desk gave the wrong room card. I found out that other people had lived there. Fortunately, there was no one in the room at the time, otherwise it would be embarrassing. Later, I changed the room and the whole was clean and hygienic. I thought there was a Walmart nearby, but I found out there was none. There is a dollar tree, but it is okay. There are free cookies and drinks at the front desk, which is good.

The room is relatively spacious and the sanitary conditions are up to standard, but the quilt feels like a smell of oily smoke. I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk said no when I checked in. I communicated with Ctrip customer service for this matter and finally solved it, but the breakfast was actually more general. Breakfast coupons are issued every day for breakfast. When I eat, I don't know why I have to sign a confirmation order even if I show a breakfast coupon. This caused a communication misunderstanding and gave a breakfast tip that should not be given.

Great place to stay. They just done a remodel of this place, and they have done a great job with the upgrade. Staff is always very helpful and friendly

I have experienced extreme unfortunate circumstances due to homelessness caused by the Unemployment department dropping the ball, making mistakes on my account that did not belong which led to my pay being held for 9 weeks which led to me becoming homeless because I had no money. I had to separate from my 3 year old daughter as I lived in my vehicle for a while and have her with my parents as THATS what’s best for her. As the summer heat really ramped up, living in a vehicle in 90-100 degree weather and having the inside of the car gets to 100-110 degrees or more and there’s not ALWAYS shade to hide under. I ended up having to drown myself in debt, ruin my near perfect credit score And get stuck within the cycle of homelessness…with all this darkness in my life, one thing that brought a little light into my life was my time here. Regardless of it being one of the more average/pricey places, it is so worth it. The staff is awesome, so nice, so helpful and genuine. I’m really, really anxiety ridden and feel severe discomfort about cleanliness so I wipe down every single thing, I bring my own blanket and pillow..I have a whole routine and I can absolutely positively say this has been the upmost clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms add adorable, the desk has a bunch of shelves and cubby holes which I love. The closet is large with shelves and a cool pull out drawer thing which is just such a cool little feature. Full kitchen, everything you need..paper towels, pans, utensils, coffee maker with tons of choices. The pool is open!!! First I’ve seen!! Breakfast offered which is still just bagels, English muffins etc. wrapped items but it’s better than absolutely nothing which I did experience at other places so I’ll take it no problem. Housekeeping does HAVE to come in every 7 days which because I am currently basically living here paying mega mega bucks digging myself into debt. So that is kinda frustrating to have to have people in my room cleaning all around, moving my stuff. Very, very uncomfortable for me especially because my life is in shambles so I’ve been going through every single item I have and organizing all my stuff and putting stuff aside to sell so my room just has stuff all in piles everywhere so that was embarrassing. I hate being betrayed as a dirty person because I’m totally not, I hate to look as if I am but otherwise everything about this place is absolutely amazing, nice and quiet. Pets allowed. It was pushed over out of my way!! Also I wanted to show as many photos as possible to really show the room as much as possible to be as helpful as possible so I apologize for all my stuff everywhere, please excuse the complete shambles my belongings are currently in!! The room is relatively large and the facilities are okay. However, the hot water is not hot and the air conditioning is not very effective. The air conditioning is a bit noisy. The most useless thing is the balcony room. The balcony is above the restaurant and has no view. It is a bit noisy. There is a free parking lot and I didn't have breakfast. I looked at the restaurant. Nice room. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. There is no bottled water.
