Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

Just got back from an amazing four-night trip at Zemi Miches and loved it so much we didn't want to leave! The resort is gorgeous, clean, and the elegant design is a compliment to the location. The rooms are beautiful, and everything was spotless. From the warm welcome we received (complete with towel and drink) we were given at check-in to the last interaction, everyone was amazing! Special shout outs to Luis (who feels like an old friend) and Danny who brightened our days at the pool. Be prepared to travel a little further from the airport than many resorts, but the serene atmosphere and beautiful setting make up for the drive (a little over an hour). The resort was quiet overall but offered activities during the day (we tried several crafts and dancing lessons), and had fun, themed entertainment each night after dinner. The food was a standout for an all-inclusive and had a delicious variety to offer. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we can't wait to return with friends!

I just returned from the most incredible birthday getaway at this resort, and I'm still buzzing from the experience! From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Check-In Like No Other Check-in with Ransel was an absolute breeze and such a delight! We had overcome quite a journey to get there and arrived exhausted and starving. Instead of the typical check-in process, they whisked us straight to the sports bar for drinks and food – talk about understanding what guests need! The shrimp mac and cheese and nachos were phenomenal, and the shots were perfectly crafted. But what really made the difference was the genuine, welcoming attitude from every staff member. We felt like VIPs from minute one. Dining That Delivered Every Night Dinner was a highlight every single evening! The Italian restaurant's pizza was absolutely top-notch – the staff and chef there were exceptional at ALL restaurants. And the buffet? Go with an appetite and let them cook fresh shrimp and oysters for you right there – you absolutely won't regret it! The fruit too, so fresh and delicious. The Heart of Our Trip: Danny at the Bar The outdoor bar with Danny was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip! Even though it was the off-season and the resort is relatively new, Danny made every moment worth it. His energy, personality, and service were unmatched. We found ourselves returning there again and again. Accommodations & Thoughtful Touches The rooms were fantastic, and the champagne and fruit waiting for us was such a lovely touch. The mini bar stayed perfectly stocked throughout our stay – it's the little things that matter! Staff That Shines I have to give special recognition to Ransel, Danny, Yolanda, Enrique, and Dios Mary – they provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at a resort, hands down. Everyone at the property greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiastic "HOLA!"s that made us feel so welcome and valued. Relaxation & Recreation The spa was wonderful, though I do wish we'd been offered the opportunity to sit outside around the whirlpool after our massage – I think that would be a perfect addition once the spa is fully complete. The pool was excellent, and don't miss the shopping and sweet shop – it's a must-stop! Room for Even More Magic My only suggestion would be to host more fun nights with dancing in the ballroom. We absolutely loved the dancing opportunity we had, and more of those would have been incredible. The outdoor theatre is beautiful, though we did get rained out – so indoor dancing options would be perfect! Final Thoughts This resort delivered an unforgettable birthday celebration. The combination of outstanding food, incredible staff who genuinely care, beautiful facilities, and that special something that makes you feel like family made this trip one for the books. I can't wait to return! Five stars without hesitation!

We had the most incredible stay at Zemi Miches hotel. Everything was truly impeccable — from the beautifully kept rooms to the serene, breathtaking setting. The hotel is right in front of the sea, yet surrounded by lush nature, with mountains rising on the other side of the water. The views are so stunning that at times it felt like being transported to Vietnam or Thailand. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We felt very, very, very lucky to be there. A special thank you to Diana, Brineidy, Jonny boy, Oscar de la Reta, Veranobel, Frantz, the entire crew at the restaurants (I forgot the names) whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. A perfect blend of tranquility, beauty, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The resort is spectacular. Food was excellent. The room was luxurious and had an ocean view.

My wife and I had a wonderful 20th anniversary trip at Zemi Miches! The facility, staff, service and food were fantastic. There are still a few things under construction but nothing that impeded the enjoyment of our time there. And at least during the time period we were there, it was not crowded at all.

Hands down, a great experience. From Enrique’s great smile and welcoming demeanor to Ransel, Danny, and the beautiful DiosMary, I would not hesitate to book this resort again. The food is amazing, the views (water, mountain, and jungle) are breathtaking and the service is bar none. Excellent experience!
