Ulasan Oceanside Hotel and Suites

Location and restaurant were good.

Well service from front desk staff.

The hotel is the nastiness I’ve ever been, plus they got water bugs. You can’t get your money back the only thing you can do is change room but the hold hotel is nasty. The pool is the size of a bathtub. They don’t give you clean towels daily or clean your room. The management need to change, they should never charge you hotel fee with water in your bed because that’s what I woke up too. Please don’t ever go to the hotel you will regret coming to Miami like I do.

Was under the impression all taxes and fees where paid. But was told that Travelocity sold my reservation to a 3rd party and was charged an additional $35. Was advised not to use Travelocity next time. They told me to use*******. Thought they where the same company.

The hotel was nice and the area was nice but parking is extremely terrible and because of that I would not stay here again

No parking outdated rooms entrance through resurant inconvenient no elavator have to carry through narrow staircase

Property was located at the convenient location, However it was not maintained properly, ie, there was no hot water for our entire stay of 3 days, staff at the hotel forgot to schedule maintenance, needed constant reminders,we took cold water shower and got sick, no fresh towels provided everyday, you have to ask them and they won't give you more than 2 towels.

I didn’t like how I had to wait an hour to check in after being told I could check in at 3 and then was told to wait 20-30 min. However, I had to wait an hour and was late to pick up my sister from the airport.

The two front desk persons Jensy and Christopher were the worst.Jensy lied about the tv not working and i had to connect my Netflix from home in order to watch tv. Jensy left our first night saying she would be back with a solution, but she never came back and that’s why i used my netflix from home. When morning came Monica gave us a working phone and she came and programmed the tv which Jensy had no clue,she said i must have the wrong remote. if it had not been for Miss Monica, I don’t know what we would have done. Monica is the best ever.

Oceanside Building 2 and the handicap rooms are not the best. Building 1 is much better. The room was damp and lacked furniture to put anything on. For the week stay, we were told that we got service every 3 days. This wouldn't have been anissue if we could have gotten fresh towels but the desk. The overhead light flickered like the room was possessed, so we had to leave it off.
