Although the hotel is quite new with modern facilities, it is worn down, especially furniture on the rooftop. The room was quite small, windows dirty and on the half 4th floor young students who partied with music, telco in the hallway, smashing doors at 4am. Fitness room and pools too small. Serena Rest/bar quite good. Staff is top.

Great location, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Rooms are a little small but very clean.

The pool water is a little milky and no water and towel in the gym.

We did like our view of the ocean. We requested early check in and didn’t get check in until 4pm ( normal check in). If we had known it wasn’t possible I’d have just found another place. Plus- they have hidden resort fees that we were unaware of.

The vibe of this hotel is excellent! Loved the bar, pools, restaurants, employees, etc. However, we got to the hotel late and called in advance to let the hotel know. You would think they might have told us that every street in Miami was gated off! Nope! We had a very hard time finding the parking lot. Nearly impossible. They could’ve given us the address of the garage. Our friends also had a hard time getting to the garage and they were even later than we were. Once in our room, it was just so freakin small! Way too small for a family of four. The room actually put me in a bad mood every time we tried to get ready. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Loved the rest of the hotel, but the room was awful so I wouldn’t stay there again.

I booked a stay for 6 nights and I loved it! Despite the the limited space in the room we were able to manage with the extra storage and racks on the wall. Not to mention the breathtaking view from my room. It’s walking distance from many food restaurants, the beach and other activity options. The staff were very friendly and were quick with any request I may have had during my stay, especially Ileana she was awesome! I would definitely revisit this hotel.

I loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The food was decent, drinks were good. The only issue I had was I requested room decor for my fiancé birthday & it wasn't done. I also requested housekeeping throughout my stay. The 2nd day of my stay we were out all day & we came back to the room not cleaned. I called for new towels (they said it would be sent right away) which was never brought to the room until I came back from dinner & asked at the front desk. I didn't get the receptionists name but he made sure we were accommodated ASAP which I truly appreciated. The room was also cleaned the next morning as well. While by the pool the poolside server was not attentive to us. I watched her check on every other guest besides my fiancé & I. I tried getting her attention a couple of times before I gave up & went to the bar myself to get what I needed.

Great location only a couple blocks from beach, near restaurants, and shopping. The property itself was beautiful, but the room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in, almost comically small, every scent lingered. No closet or anywhere to put bags, and it was only 2 of us in a double queen. We did have a distant ocean view which made up for the tiny room for the most part, but we spent little time in the room as there was no table, desk, or anywhere to even eat or drink. Despite this, the area and location are certainly worth a visit.

The location was a definite plus. The rooms were very small but I knew that given reviews I read ahead of time. The pool was lovely. I found all the staff I interacted with to be pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay at Moxy Hotel & we would definitely recommend to friends. The only thing we disliked was the price for the room we were in. Felt like we should have had more for the price we paid (ex. mini fridge etc)

Great location. Very convenient to be near the beach, restaurants at Ocean Drive and Art Deco area. Place is small but it has been warned. It is very very small. That that isn't the issue since was prepared for it. Even if small, more shelves and can be put on the walls or have a bed headboard with shelves. I had no place to put my glasses and there is only 1 plug which was not convenient given how cell phones and tech is important. Lucky friend brought plug that had multiple plug in Shower was so clogged up that we were worried water would overflow. They brought engineer to remove a huge bunch of hair. With the way it was clogged up and amount of hair and no one noticed, you know the shower was not cleaned. The water did not drain immediately and so if the shower was cleaned after each guest, would have seen how clogged up the shower was. Housekeeping progressive become worse. We had no hand towels, and no soap. One day we had to even call them to clean the room and that was at 3pm. Front desk staff are friendly but the line up to check in, check out and pick up suitcase is ridiculously. They rarely have 2 workers and when they do, one has to answer the phone and so really only one person works. So it get soo lined up and so you are waiting at least over 10min. Lastly they offer complimentary coffee and tea. Even at 8am, coffee could run out or the hot water for tea. No one comes to check and refill so they offer complimentary tea/coffee but you still have to buy
